I think its wrong for devs to abandon loyal fans that have can only play the orange box on ps3, i mean not everyone can own a suped up pc, or maybe they wanted ps3 instead of 360. But to just no do ongoing support is wrong. It's like valve kindly stole money from ps3 owners
not going to x360 eather, honestly tho, why would anyone buy a valve game on anything but the PC? valve is a PC dev, and a PC dev only, everythign console-based off of waht they did was ported by a 3rd party

If you can't run a game using the Source engine then your comp is just flat out awful.

yeah thats what i've heard about the content, ya but there's also the average consumer who doesnt really know much about the pc, they dont know how to upgrade it and what not, they just go out and buy a gawd awful dell or something. I mean most parents get there kids consoles or at least thats how it was in my day. So thats why i say its lame ya know

no i bought it for 360 and its fine, i have a friend who has it on ps3, their basically the same thing, some minor technical difference's thats all

Thats because the port was handled by EA, so it would be up to EA to provide updates not Valve.

lol what...TF2 would run on any PC in the last 4 years with a 7600gt or x850.... Those video cards came out in 2005.

I own the Orange Box for PS3 but I never really got into TF2 so this doesn't bother me much. However, given what Valve has said recently regarding the PS3's success, it is strange.
that sucks......maybe i shouldnt bother buying left 4 dead...since the same thing is bound to happen...ohh well....there are plenty of games coming out....
Consoles versions are a joke to begin with. Honestly, why would anyone play this on anything but PC? It takes literally nothing in terms of money to get a PC that runs this at max settings, especially considering some people spent $600 on a console. Takes even less than the $700 Crysis PC that runs Crysis at high settings with over 35fps. We're talking at least a 3 year old PC here in terms of GPU and CPU. I upgraded my PC back in July of this year and my 3 year old PC before that ran TF2 at max settings with over 50fps...come on people.

Well that's just wrong. I have the 360 version, and it's great. It scored equally high as the PC version, and wasn't made/ported by anyone except Valve themselves. The only bad part is few people playing Team Fortress. The rest of the games are fine.

lol what...TF2 would run on any PC in the last 4 years with a 7600gt or x850.... Those video cards came out in 2005. My friend's comp runs it with an nVidia 5200. Runs it consistent 30 fps too.
