Very Dissapointed with Jericho Demo

Sorry, but I just dont get how some are hyping the graphics... I thought they were seriously ugly and muddy looking. Pretty much every game Ive played on my 360 looks better than this mess.

Yeah, download it on a console if your computer sucks too much to make it look good, the game is supposed to look quite good.

The entire demo looked like it was coated in baby oil, it is like a crappy PDZ.

lol. yeah. It looked horrible too me, pretty much the worse looking game Ive ever seen on a 360. Hour of Victory had better graphics... Usually graphics dont matter that much to me, but these were so bland/bad I didnt even want to play the game.

Yeah I just played the demo this morning on PS3, and cam away very impressed. The graphics are great for the PS3 version. Ill d/l the 360 version later to compare the two.

Maybe I'm really impressed because I wan't expecting anything from this game. I think it will get AA here at GS.

No, you're not playing Halo to much, I downloaded the PS3 version, and I don't have a 360, nor anything to play on my console, and I agree with you, Jerihco was extremely board and bland, I felt like I was playing a bump mapped duck hunt game, you can move, but everything felt like basically a hall going from A to B, filled with lots of pre-renders, bump mapping, designs and such, like GT5, you can drive it pretty but it won't damage, you can look but you can't touch *that kind of feeling*...

Nothing was interactive, and when you walked your character felt like they were bowl leg-ed,so much in fact, it was almost like *Sorry for disrespecting my favorite comedian here*, a Chris Farley simulation demo...

The A.I. stood there, as I shot, looking the opposite direction, then my teamates would stand in front of the enemy and do some over exagerated magic to the enemy, the enemy dies, move on...

Overall, if this game scores higher than Heavenly sword, I swear on my life reviewers are simply brain dead...

Some liked it as much as you hated it, it all depends on who reviews it, someone who thinks like you might give it a 6, someone else might give it an 8, its not like everything you stated was a fact, it was merely your experiance.

Played it on the PC. Was very impressed considering that there really was no hype surrounding the game nor did I know what it was actually about.

Graphics were amazing. I don't know what the hell you guys are talking about. The art style was great, those monsters are very well designed and it seems like there is a large variety of monsters to come. The gameplay wasn't exactly impressive or logical (Honestly, why is my primary fire a freaking rocket and secondary fire a sniper bullet?) but I loved the cinematic moments. Story I can't suspect much though since Clive Barker only had one good story (and that was Undying).

graphicly it wasn't the mess you discribe.

I enjoyed the demo and will be taking a chance on it, knowing full well I may get burned.

The story is mediocre at best imo, the gameplay is..well... boring, and the characters are lame ever since i saw that trailer with the jericho squad getting ambushed. The graphics were good (atleast on my ps3) but i really, REALLY hated the "introduction to jericho" section of the demo, i felt like i was watching a very bad movie coated in cheese.thejakel11225

The game doesn't look that bad. On my PC anyways.

i had motion blur turned on and it was absolutely stunning...

looked better than Halo 3 IMO... on my PC of course... and that one action cutscene was one of the most intense ive seen lol... im hyping it AA at least defintely must buy for PC

A game hasn't gotten the rambo formula right in a long time. Halo keeps it scifi and simple. That translates into a lot of fun, especially with friends.

Once again, Halo is dedicated to console user unable to deal with keyboard and mouse or unable to get a decent PC.

All the HL2 mods alone are stronger than any FPS I played on any console since the N64.

Compare Halo with the best PC have and you are in for a good disspointment if you are an xbox fanboy.

Counter-Strike is still the most fluent FPS ever and Source is still the most popular FPS.
