Vgchartz release numbers for November. Wii and 360 blew the competition

Wii: 1.77 million

360: 947K

Ps3: 439k

Wii had a 560 k increase from a year ago!!! The 360 had a 120 k increase. The ps3 decreased by 63k a year ago : (

REMEMBER: These are just in, but could slightly change since the official statements from Sony, MS, and Nintendo haven't been released.

Unless you own more than just the ps3 this gen, you wouldn't say that. The 360 has practically bought out every ps3 exclusive except for Sony's 1st party games, which are the only games worth getting. I ussually get the multi plats on 360 since everyone I know has LIVE. PSN is great, but online play is soo boring. There's no communication at all. : ( It's a great system tho, just not the "PS2" i was hopin for.

They are also in order of cheepest to most expensive. Just because something sells well, doesn't mean it is better. I feel that between Xbox 360 and PS3, the difference is based on price and Wii sales are influence by price as well, but the Wii also pleases a larger audience. KeithTobberman

True. Of course that's no different than when the sheep didn't care about it during the PS2/Xbox/GC era due to the GC being massively dominated in sales. Sales have always been a crutch IMO. Like people buying it somehow makes it better for YOU. Fanboys will always switch stances like that. Think John Kerry tactics when it comes to issues and apply it to video games and you got the idea.

More like the Wii blew the competition out of the water. To TC you shouldn't have grouped Wii and 360 Together and say they blew the competition because they aren't on the same team and they are competing with each other. Unless Microsoft and Nintendo are working together. I don't believe sales really do matter because if they did that would mean the Wii is the best console this gen and that it is better than both the 360 and PS3. I don't like how fanboys use sale figures to justify their answer because it really doesn't mean a damn. If you truly think it does than the only way you can not be a hypocrite is by saying Wii is the best console. 360 owners think PS3 is worse because of sales, but still think the wii is worse even though its doing better.

What do you believe in? I have nothing wrong with people who are not fanboys and have said they like the ps3 or 360 better. As long as you are not being hypocritical in the process. I know some of you are instantly going to blast me on this because it seems like I took a stance defending the PS3. I can tell you what though if PS3 was 2nd and 360 was 3rd I would honest to God be doing the same exact thing. I know that some of you reading this will be "No the wii isn't in direct competition with 360 and ps3 because its not HD". That is just denial from both of you, because any way you shape or stretch the truth, the wii is a console, the 360 is a console, and ps3 is a console. They are direct competitors of each other. There is a difference between ignorance and being blind, because atleast blind people know they can't see.
