Depends on the developer. A game can look bad no matter what conosle it is on. But as for "facts" there are really no fair comparisons. It also depends on the artstyles of the games you want to compare, I mean Okami (PS2) got a 10 for graphics on here and Gears of War (360) also got a 10 but they have two way different art styles.

theres also this thing called standards Oflopi would have gota 4 or 5 in graphics on 360 anywho to teh TC Xenos > RSX it has more memory and a much higher geometry rate not to mention it's DX GPU and is capable of many features of DX10.

GPU is so not the whole system. GPU = graphics, CPU = AI, physics, etc.
Do you want extremely detailed characters that just stand there and do nothing (essentially a movie), or do you want a stick man that has intelligence on the level of a human? You need a combination of these things to make a great game, so you need the combination of a good cpu and gpu, and then the ram and other parts needed to make them work properly. The GPU is not everything, my friend.

The 360 has a more elegant design. The PS3 has more raw power.
Better is subjective.

ps3 doesnt have more raw power...because the performance it's claimed of capable of doing it can never achieve because of split vertex/pixel pipelines so only runs at about 60/70% efficientcy....while 360 gpu can run at about 95% efficientcy of performance claimed plus unified vertex/pixel pipeline.
ted price resistance fall of man company owner ps3 < dev confirmed xbox360's gpu is more powerful....and said ps3's cpu is more powerful which is true.
