Garnett from 1UP went to go see it a few months back and he says it looks a little better on the 360, but he also said that MS started the no B/C in the 40gig PS3 rumor.
Someone posted some pics a while back and I'm not sure if they were biased in any way or not, but the PS3 graphics looked sharper, but more jagged. The 360s graphics looked smoother, but a little blurrier; probably from anti-aliasing.

The 360 has a slightly darker image compared to the PS3 version, however the PS3 has no AA or very little AA. The 360 version essentially has maxed out AA to where you couldn't even see a jaggie even if you tried. So the 360 version is superior due to the greatly enhanced AA.
Besides the improved graphics and online, the 360 version also has improved ai and is based on the latest version C with more items and improved character balance.

Graphics are pretty much the same. 360 has online which is said to be very good, ps3 doesn't have online. 360 has version 3 of the game which is supposed to have better AI. PS3 has version 2 which doesn't have as advanced AI i guess. Depends on which one you want. If you have both systems get the 360 version imo.
