VITA -- Uncharted: Golden Abyss looks better than some PS3/360 games.........

This is a first generation PS VITA game. It honestly looks just as good as Drakes Fortune did. Maybe even better. Just wait until devs start maxing out the power on the VITA. Could we be seeing Uncharted 2/Killzone/Crysis2 type of graphics on VITA in a few years?

Everything looks good on a tiny high res screen. I wonder if blowing it up to a nice 40' screen would show all it's horrible textures.

Ofc it doesn't have the specs, but you also have to take into account the very low resolution. This not only means its easier to process, but on the smaller screen it's easier to get away with less of some major power sappers. I think that by the end of this handheld gen an hd video of KZ3/UC3/etc. and games on the Vita will look just as good as each other.hexashadow13

people are still doubting how great the game looks? there are videos of it all over the place. the game looks as good as it does in the "bullshot" pics if not better. as for the topic, i think its possible we will see games that look as good as uncharted 2 and killzone 2. of course it wont be as technically advanced but the fact that everything is being rendered to such a smaller screen it doesnt have to be. even if it doesnt the fact that this is even debateable is impressive in itself.

Blow up a console game on a theatre screen and you'll notice tons of imperfections. I'm not sure what you're getting at here. UC:Abyss playing on the platform it is designed for looks as good as many PS3/360 games on a reasonably sized HDTV.

good stuff guys great i like foward to climbing vines with a touchpad and clkimbing cliffs like it was an iphone 4..

oh and swinging on a vine by using *cough*motion controls.
