I've heard a few people claim this pretty convincingly, anyone with a link or confirmation? Thanks in advance.Spartan070I say YES! I'm better than any ole link.
wait what why would you need 4 players?Led_poison
more people= more fun and maybe they will have legendary be crazy hard

Hopefully they'd make every difficulty scale with the amount of players you had in terms of enemy density. Or maybe even throw in many more difficult enemies, or consistently give the enemies better and better weaponry as it scales up. 2-player co-op is extremely easy as it is, even on Legendary (both Halo 1 and 2,) since you can run out of combat to let the other player respawn if needed.

Definately not confirmed. I don't even know where these people got it from, there's not been anything mentioned about co op at all (but the usual 2 player will most definately be there, both split screen and online knowing bungie).

you got one thing wrong man, in Halo2 you can't just get out of combat to have your buddy come back
when one of you dies you start at the check point agian, the reason I like Halo:CE co-op better
I hope so...but in one of the videos...something made me think along time if they were going to put it in or not. Anyway, I think they need it now, after Gears was popular with it.MrKittle
What? Gears doesn't have 4 player co-op.
Anyway, it's something I've been wanting since the first Halo. Hopefully they do it this time... and scale the number of enemies/difficulty/weapons for the amount of players in the game.
Considering the awsome power of the 360 and the fact that it looks as if the graphics have been unchanged since the last game... I dont see why this is not possible.
There better be spilt screen support.

You have seen the final graphics for this game? Instant failure if you bring up the screens or video of the alpha build ;)
