War Z producer calls people F**gts

The War Zexecutive producer Sergey Titov has called spawn campers in his zombie survival shooter "f**gots." Theforum posthas since been edited to remove the language, but Titov's comments were quoted by other forum users, and are visible in their original form through aGoogle search.

"I'm trying to play at least couple hours a day every single day. Getting killed a lot, but 80 percent of all kills are 'honest.' I'm just being careless. I'm not trying to hide. 20 percent are sh***y kills by f**got's who's spawn camping," Titov said. "Or by guys who just want to play the shooter and shoot everyone in sight."

[UPDATE] A representative from the game's press team VIM Global Consulting told GameSpot, "Knowing Sergey, I can say with confidence that he has no prejudice against homosexuals; just a poor and inappropriate choice of words."

The War Z is an open-world online zombie shooter. It is currently in development at Hammerpoint Interactive, with an open beta scheduled to begin on October 31.

It's times like these when we need a rating system on Steam, to let people know how bad this game is. Actually, the game itself doesn't look terrible, it's just the terrible devs and their terrible business practices that killed this game.

I could have sworn this was posted months ago...that or I had a premonition.

Anyway, I honestly don't care. I find it funny if anything. Poor choice of words or not, sometimes, modesty can take it's white flag & shove it.

I"m not ready to condemn the whole studio because one developer used a poor choice of words. I think it's this kind of FUD reaction that's even more damaging.musicalmac

I haven't been following much, myself, but the gist I've been getting is that the game is being sold now on steam, and it's not actually done. It's still heavily broken, like barely in an alpha stage, and a lot of the things they have listed on the store page as the game's features and whatnot are straight up lies, and stuff that's not implemented yet (and might never be).

Isn't this the game that got a patch that changes respawn times so now it could take hours to respawn unless you pay like 50 cents to respawn instantly?

Who still thinks that **** refers to gays? It must be one of my most used words when it comes to describing someone. Public or private areas, peoples ears are not safe from it. South Park officialy changed it years ago.
