If you havent played the beta, how the hell can you be the judge of it? Try to play the game and then you can talk. And if you dont like it, well dont buy it, simple as that

1. That was announced long ago.

2. It is going to cost less than $60 from PSN download. Retail one with headset will probably be $60 though.

And you have to be kidding considering how single player is prettymuch a tack-on for half of XBL games these days. Might as well go one or the other and charge less for the game I'd say.

If you think that this game can't be fun because it is dedicated to online only, then you are the joke. And in all honesty, how long does single player ever last? Like a week? Look at Gears of War. Virtually everyone on Gears plays on LIVE almost all of the time.

Then again, Gears of War had a notoriously short single-player mode, so it's a bad example. ;)

Back on topic, Warhawk was "worthless" as soon as UT3 was announced for the PS3. They both seem to offer you a similar multiplayer experience, but UT3 will undoubtedly offer you much more than Warhawk due to the (presumably larger) number of modes, maps and vehicles.

no single player mode is a terrible precedent that really does not need to be set in the console world...

pc gaming can get away with it, imo, but consoles... different animal...

You are right I never played it, reason being is I cant find anyone gullible enough to buy a PS3...As for your opinion of what was "funner" thats up to you but a game that once had a SP campaign and touted as a full package at e3 05 being stripped to a online multiplayer only title is ridiculous.....

If you beleive Warhawk will be as fun online as an MMO(where you pay for each month) or a game like BF2 you're joking yourself. You just dodged the part about BF2. BF2 is basically Multiplayer only, and it got an AAA score. And why can't WarHawk be as fun as BF2. Beta testers are having a blast.

Not saying Warhawk won't score AAA (I've got no clue- have not played it), but BF2 did have SP. You may not have liked it, but being only MP ruins a high risk of a lower score. Tha being said, Warhawk could easily score AAA or AA or A. Predictions FTW :D
