"age of consent" laws are extremely varied around the world, america is actually one of the few places that have a "has to be legal to bone her" law, most other countries either dont go with an age of consent at all (though pedophilia is still illegal) while others (Like uk) go with 16 and some others (most latinamerican countries) go with even 14.
