Sonic Colors looks amazing!:)No! Therestill a lot of leg room to max out the system, but no devs have actually tried to do this. A couple of devs like Sonic Team Japan actually tried to create great looking games on the system and they have succeeded.

[QUOTE="Michael0134567"][QUOTE="tomarlyn"]Resident Evil 4 Wii EditiontomarlynThat's a GameCube game(graphically) lol. And your point is? It's not exactly pushing the Wii.

Hmm okay lol.Must be a pretty good TV.Itall depends on the type of games I play on my Wii. Some of the early Wii games I have look really ugly while some of the othergames I have look really good.

Maybe those games don't support 480p lol.yes, the super mario galaxy games max it out. though they look quite a bit better than anything on the GC or xbox and they run in 60fps :)
SMG/2, Xenoblade, Sonic Colors, SSBB, MHT, TLS, MP3:C and DKCR look great. Better than anything on the Xbox/PS2 that's pretty much a fact.

I think it's the Conduit 2

IDK, I think the Conduit 2 is pretty ugly.
To be honest Conduit 2 does have some high-quality assets. Some. And the Wii didn't show all of it. They still aren't on par with the HD twins though.
Goldeneye was better than Conduit 2 visually because it was more consistant.

Extremely ugly. The Conduit series does nothing for the Wii on a gameplay and graphical level. That seems to be the case. I love the Wii, but I think the only reason The Conduit gets any attention is because people are desperate for FPSs on the Wii.

True. But they(FPS's) are the last thing I want on a Nintendo console. :D[QUOTE="GreySeal9"]

I'm sure the Conduit 2 does some technically impressive things, but I think the art style and overall look is pretty nasty.

True. But they(FPS's) are the last thing I want on a Nintendo console. :DYeah, I don't really care about them either. A great FPS once awhile (like Goldeneye) is a treat, but I'm perfectly fine with the amount of FPS on the Wii.

Goldeneye Wii looked so much better than that game.Yeah, I think Goldeneye Wii is really underrated visually. It has alot of pretty impressive effects and stuff.

I've actually met with someone who works at HVS at an art school I used to go to. They really do have some really sweet artwork but they are really being held back by the Wii's hardware (and poor management killed the quality of what it should've been.) I think they could really create a good FPS if they work with the Wii-U.
True. But they(FPS's) are the last thing I want on a Nintendo console. :D

I disagree here because the gameplay in C1 and C2 are fantastic for the Wii. The gameplay is good. The design itself is questionable.
EDIT - AMG poast 9000! :P....my next post means I'll finally be over 9000!!!

That's pretty cool. Did you meet any other game graphic artists?
As far as the Conduit developers are concerned, it would be interesting to see what they can do on the Wii U. I don't think they'll start developing masterpieces, but I do think they might craft an appealing FPS.
