I didn't care for Metal Gear Solid 4 but I still love the Metal Gear franchise though. Dawn of Mana and Heroes of Mana killed the Mana series for me though. Why in the world would continue to let Brownie Brown to develop Mana games?

One of the best 2D Action RPGs Ive played, its rediculously fun. The story isnt perticularly better than 1s, but the overall game is much better.

Square is wierd. They saw that Sword of Mana was a success due to Brownie Browns development but seemed to forget that SoM 1 and 2 were WAY more well received by their hand.

Bet you weren't as disappointed as your English teacher. I typically don't rag on people for typing lazily, but come on...

Fable 2 was a turd. I expected a noticeable improvement over the first game but it was rather lame.

Halo ODST for me was that game.

The dark city was boring and annoying and was only a filler for the short campaign. There was only a couple good missions... and even then in those missions I only liked one part of the level. The campaign was not as action packed at all. Halo 3 online basically forces you to buy ODST if you want to play any of the playlists now. This game ruined the series for me.

GRAW 1-2 were two other games that ruined a good series. The controls are so terrible in those games I couldn't bring myself to finish either one of them.

metroid prime 3 crushed my dreams for any new 3d metroid games.
zelda ph also made me not wanna try any new portable zelda games.
other notable games are gh world tour, dmc2, and DOA4.

I almost forgot Halo 2. Vista only. Crappy campaing. Even the multiplayer that was good on the first one gave me a meh feeling.

F.E.A.R 2 basically killed ths series for me. It was such an average sequel to a great game. And it wasn't even scary.

CoD3 killed CoD (4 didn't help much either).

And Gears 2 killed Gears for me... the multiplayer is just so broken, and the story is awful.

Brawl also destroyed most of my interest in SSB. it was a huge step down from Melee, in my opinion.

F.E.A.R. 2 - Compared to the first, the second seemed to really drag on. Generic shooter: boring guns, boring enemies. It was also more startling than scary. Step backwards for the series to be honest.

Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam - Hadn't played one since Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4. Picked it up last year on Wii, played it once, then sold it.

Need for Speed: Pro Street - WTF is this game, how was it even allowed to see the light of day. Waste of my time. Put me off NFS for about 2 years. I recently picked up Shift though, and it is fantastic.

I bought the first 3 Devil May Cry games at once since since I had heard plenty of good things about the series. I decided to start with the 1st and go from there. After playing Devil May Cry 2, I was uncertain is I even wanted to play DMC3. 2 was one of the worst games I've ever played. Luckily, DMC3 was amazing and is one of my favorite games to date

It wasn't 60$ but to be honest i felt a little dissapointed at mgs4, (i played it after playing uc2, because i heard it's like a movie and whatnot) but to be honest I didnt find it all that interesting, maybe it's because i played it after a 12 hour shift or work everyday, and was so tired that the long cutscenes made me sleepy, but oh well, i don't think the game is bad in anyway it just doesn't appeal as much to me, it's laying around maybe when i'm tired i'll try to pick up on it again. (i do like the stealth of the game lol its fun :])

guilty gear isuka almost ruined that franchise for me as well. thank god i stayed with it.

also can we please get some more guys in here to comment on the spelling and/or grammar of op please, it was really funny the first few times and will probably get even funnier as more people do it.
