With the 61% failure rates ( famous rings). So let assume that 10mil were sold, that means 6.1million consoles were return to M$ warehouse. and 6.1 mil were sent back.
So isn't M$ losing money?
Please enlighten me.

*Pulls number out of ass*
You know with the Wiis 86.3% explosion rate, I'm surprised Nintendo makes money.
A very small poll.[QUOTE="cecx"]Where the hell did you get that number from? :? Nike_Air

http://www.games-digest.com/2007/05/just_how_high_i.htmlgameruk2010I can't even respond to this, as anyone who takes this seriously is just...you know what, I'm just gonna leave this thread and pretend I never saw this ridiculous claim.
LOL! Lemmings have been owned! MS. a huge corporation with tons of legal minds don't know what a product recall is! TLHBO.DaysAirlines

You are such a lemming. You even have a lemming sig. Cows know that the first Killzone already killed Halo there is no need to give an Xbox game the credit.Thread fails because we all KNOW 61% is not correct.

The number could easily be at least %50 over the course of a year. 3-5% from MS is probably dead out of box or failed factory testing. There are way too many stories and from most anyone's personal experience to say it's anything less than 10-20% minimum.
The now %62 failure rate survey came from 4460 submissions on a site called 360gamer.com. That's a large sampling by most standards from what is definitely a non-bias source. Pretty reliable I'd say.

360 failure threads bring out the worst in people. No, it won't be 50% over the course of the year, and I would bet you anything it's at 10-20% minimum now. You've talked to an unbelievably small percentage of 360 owners with absolutely no proof that there consoles or their friends/cousins consoles are actually dying. In fact, I know around 15 people, and have never heard any of them have problems with their 360. Don't believe me? Then don't believe anyone else either.
"Bu bu but teh youtube 3 red light videos!" There has been a youtube video showing that resetting your power bar gives three red lights. I can't find it now, but someone on GS has it in their sig.
If this forum is anything to go by then Its pretty high. my guess would be some where between 15-20%.gameruk2010
Thats probably what it is. Im 100% sure its more than 3-5%. Just go to the xbox360 broken discussion thread and just see how many posts their is. Around 5 new posts about people asking what to do because their 360 broke occur their every day. All I know is that its BS and I refuse to pay they another $168 (Canadian) if mine breaks again.
