We need a new video game company to make systems

If am fed up with all the companies now. Here is why.

Sony - implanted root kits into there music disks installing the root kit on unsuspecting computers. Release Vita without being able to play/save a single game before buying propiatary memory.

Nintendo - releases a video game system (Wii U) with so little storage the you must buy an external hard drive to use the system. Release a new system with last Gen specs.New 3DS.....no power/charging cable????? Really.??????

Microsoft - 24 hour always connected system without the ability to share or trade games. They recanted due to pressure, but the fact that they even wanted to do this is almost inexcusable. Add the massive size of the system, and Xbox is on my list.

Of the 3 I am most irritated with Nintendo. Releasing a system with no power cable. Can you imagine getting a TV without one?

Edit...Forgot PC - tired of trying to play games online but someone has hacked the game in order to cheat...see Battlefield. Also tired of getting updates for a game that causes it to start crashing,(ex. My Titanfall update) or even the occasional install that you have to troubleshoot before playing.

Im mad at Xbox cause they sold me a broke 360 system twice and then tried to force all that bull on us with Xbox One. Im mad at PS4 for charging for online, building a short battery life controller, no backward compatibility, and turning into a wannabe cable company.

id be in...just for the better multiplats im perfectly happy abandon my xb1 and ps4 for something better it doesn't even need its own games as long as the multiplats run way better i just pick up those im not happy with the first party of either of the other 2 consoles

Always wanted Samsung being with the big three. Imagine if they came out with a system that was as great as the 360 was for 2005, sold for $400 and released a bunch of exclusives only available on the system, then keep releasing great games only available on their system, in other words, do everything to get noticed to become competitive with the other three. They have the money so why not?

While more competitors would be theoretically good and interesting I would be immensely annoyed of buying another system with another set of exclusives. The current console gen just needs to get it together as Char said.

@ProtossX: Samsung would be perfect, they kicked Sony out of everything else, im sure they could destroy them in consoles also.

in theory, those ccompanies would be killing themsenves by pushing a price/product people dont want and market forces would make they go bankurrupt

in real life they bribe politicians to kill regulations and be free to lure consumers into very bad deals, making good profit untill they get bad reputation and then spend some of the money they got to make positive advertising

so you get better everything at the same price or lower etc for online

you get better looking multiplats and you just get better more high quality seems an features

maybe samsung could team up with netflix or amazon for the 4k video thing and em they could team up with nintendo to launc exclusive nintendo content and there new NX service

I don't think that's going to happen. In the future I see something more along the lines of what Valve was trying to do, partnering with third parties to develop more PC-like console hybrids running their OS. I don't see a big future for this yet or anytime soon, but its heading in the right direction. I just think that two things need to happen first, bringing costs of such systems down while increasing their performance, as well as building a library of games that run in Linux.

I love how you immediately assume every PC game has cheaters on EVERY GAME and site Battlefield 4 as a source of proof.

Great..... just what we need.... yet another system you have to buy to play exclusive games on....... I mean can people's entertainment systems even hold that many consoles..... two is enough to make it creak.

I do not like Samsung at all. I know some people who have first-hand experience with Samsung, and all of them told me that the working atmosphere is one of the worst they ever experienced. And I trust them, because they know a *lot* of companies.

Apple I-Box One (one device for all your needs 3x as powerful as the xbox one)

I wish all games were playable on all systems. Just like other media.

There should be an open platform where the hardware is provided by the best tech companies in the world like Intel, Nvidia, and AMD. You should be able to use any controller and it should come with full backwards compatibility, even with other systems. It would be custom tailored by each user and the games would have settings so if you preferred higher framerate over better visuals you could pick. Gamers could add onto the games too with custom content and the system could even be able to develop games. If only there was a system like this.*dreams*

No we don't. It would be nice if they did get their shit together but there is no reason these companies need to stay if they aren't going to do what their consumers want. Capitalism.

@LegatoSkyheart: you might need to re read my post... Never said every PC game had cheaters, but if you think there are none then you are naive, or have never played a PC game before. I mentioned BF4 because it is a popular game with known hacks.
