Well I got a PS3 today!!!

Good for you. Ignoring the mindless 360 bashes, congrats on your purchase. I highly recomment Resistance, Warhawk, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Ratchet and Clank, and Uncharted if you're looking for good titles. All are great games. Puckhog04

If you have high speed internet then i'd also highly recommend Warhawk (only $40 without a mic). One of the best online games i've played in a long time...and i've played alot.

All are great choices. Resistance is definitely a great title. Online in that is phenomenal as well. One of the better campaigns i'veplayed throughin a FPS in years.

Finals? Ah, i remember doing Finals (for college courses anyway). Those weeks always sucked. When you get a PSN account (if you plan on playing online) going my name on PSN is BombGod. I'll be up for Resistance if you play online at some point. :)

Well, making a PSN account is free. Just plug in the ethernet and make an account and your set. Takes no more than 10 minutes. Alot of games have dedicated servers on the PS3. Not sure about 3rd party games on the PS3 (I think a fair amount of them do) but all First party titles (ie Warhawk and Resistance) have a huge amount of dedicated servers.

honestly i live in nyc also, and dont really check stores that often but the only thing i see in low supply is wii's, practically nvr seen one in a store

as for 360 and ps3 they always have a couple somewhere

PS If u want to learn the truth about the PS3 and u have enought courage, google it. But something makes me think that u already know all the aspects of epic ps3fail.
