Well it happened :(

Well the other day i let my friend borrow my xbox 360 because of course his RROd'ed. So couple weeks later i was talking to him and he tells me your xbox is broken also. Well what a surprise i said. So i have officially become a one console owner unless i build my gaming pc i want to build but alas the day has come. I have a launch 360 btw and it did not red ring it is the other popular hardware failure. I will not buy another 360 until the price drops to 150. The console is so shoddy that i just cant respect myself paying even 200 for one. So from this day on i will not comment on new 360 titles as for I have no way to play them unless i go to a friends house.

Yell at them if you have to, make them fix that 360 :evil:

I have a launch system too and I want MS to extend the warranty just in case mine breaks,

I'm pretty sure it costs less than 150 to get it repaired if its out of warranty.

Yes, my 360 failed twice and I realized I needed to e-bay the replacement and did. I have been a very happy PS3 only guy since.

130 but i want an xbox with hdmi so i can use an hdmi cable instead of the vga cable because i would like to maybe hook up my future gaming rig to my tv.

my ps3 has actually broken once and i never had a ps2 last gen so i never went through that fiasco. My ps3 to this day has been dropped and still goes strong. I also got a disc stuck in there and i managed to pry it out and it still works. So yes the ps3 does break but when you expect your 360 to break that is just sad.

I am glad I never bought a 360 everyone I know who got that system got the RROD it's the most unreliable system ever made.

The best system out is PS3 no doubt.

it was an accident that the ps3 fell i did not drop it and go well lets see if it still works, also the disk that got stuck was a rented dvd form a store how would i know it would have gotten stuck.

I dont throw my stuff around and see if it still works.
