Were Halo,GeoW,Fable announced for Kinect,it would have drawn more attention....

I wonder why MS is going to release kinect without such great first party titles :|.Besides some party,casual and usual games, right now MS has not shown any big title playable with Kinect i.e Halo,GeoW,Fable (or at least some new project from Rare would ve been appreciated).If MS is really serious about Kinect then the absence of such great titles from the compatibility of Kinect does disturb me.

Show us SOME REAL gameplay Microsoft !! :P (talking about Kinect of course)

They know very well that they already have the controller-playing gamers who have got an xbox, and the casual gamers, who don't have one, but won't buy it, as it uses a controller...

So all they are doing with kinect, is getting the Wii's audience...

You could probably implement Kinect into Forge somehow. Maybe Theatre.

As for regular gameplay, it just plain wouldn't work.

article is old... PM has more recently said it would not launch with kinect support and he didnt plan to patch it in... although then i think MS commented saying they were going to patch it in later. So maybe some sort of internal struggle there.

Either way im quite glad kinect support isnt a staple of the game.

I am glad they didn't use Kinect for Halo, Gears of War or Fable or else I probably wouldn't be playing Halo, Gears of War or Fable :)
