Yes, I have seen and read up about this one many weeks ago. I plan on buying it two or three months from now.

Cheaper yes, but about the same? No. Westinghouse sticks with 1000:1. While my samsung is 4000:1. Many of there others even go beyond that. That's not "about the same".

But isn't a 37" Samsung equivalent well into $2000?
Sometimes $799 makes a big difference, and he still gets to enjoy HD gaming. (I have 1000:1 Viewsonic and I wouldn't exactly call it unwatchable. Still stunning to me)
I'm wondering if anyone has one and seen it first hand with a 360 or ps3... I want to know if ti works good with them...Youngins
