What are some game franchises that is worth fighting for to be exclusives?

MOO3 really sucked, I've moved towards Galactic Civs to fill that urge nowdays.

As for your list I'd add the Total War series, I really don't get how that could work anywhere but PC.

Heavy Gear 2 (best mech fps type that I played. I found it more fast pace than Mechwarrior cause the gears are smaller in size. Oh HG2 has zero-g map too)

So true. Bad timing can kill a game. I haven't play HALO3 but I've played 1 and 2. Maybe next year.
