What are the 2009 exclusives for the 360?

Good ones.

I've been tempted by the 360 more and more lately. I don't want to pay for online, but most of what entices me is offline anyway.

I've been specifically looking at the RPGs that the PS3 is lacking, meaning Mass Effect and Fable II.

I'm also interested in Dead Rising and access to the Fallout 3 DLC.

But 4 games really isn't a good enough reason to drop $300 on a console, especially since it doesn't even come with a wireless (My TV is not in the same room as my ethernet hookup.) Plus Mass Effect is on the PC anyway, so I may as well just upgrade my computer.

I'm not interested in Gears of War, though I would be interested in Halo if it didn't cost money to play it online.

Anyway, is there anything else that can entice me?

Besides 2 PS3 titles, one of which (FF13vs) will probably not make it in 2009, the rest are all on 360, 6 of them are only on 360 too

Check the link for pics/videos too, some of the most huge games of 2009 can only be played on 360 (in consoles)

I'm sorry, but it's not me that has done this. If we look at all the proferssional gaming reviewers this generation, Xbox 360 >>>>>>>> PC in A, AA and AAA overall games. LOL. :lol: dont be mad at me, be at them. I haven't done anything, it's not my fault 360 is the PS2 of this generation :cry:

Hmm... Interesting. Alan Wake looks like it has potential. Some of those others look like they're only useful online like Halo - I want to avoid that yearly fee. PC exclusives I'm going to set aside for the possibility of a PC upgrade instead of getting a 360.

if you dont want to play gears series theres no reason for you to get a 360.. For me its the best game on 360 , get a pc if you want superior multiplats and rpg, or ps3 for superior exclusive.

if you dont want to play gears series theres no reason for you to get a 360.. For me its the best game on 360 , get a pc if you want superior multiplats and rpg, or ps3 for superior exclusive.

If you already have a PS3 there's no need to get a 360.. Mass Effect will eventually make it's way onto the PS3 and even if it doesn't, you still can get the PC version (that's if you have a pretty good rig). Fable II has been "announced" for the PC but even if it's not, it'll come to the PC anyway. The 360 has a number of games you can't find on other platforms but that number is shrinking. I have a PS3 and 360 and to tell you the truth I rarely play my PS3(purchased Dec 08) because I've already invested so much into the 360 (purchased early 2006).

As for 2009 exclusives, we have 2 Halo spin-offs and.......yeah. But there's a lot of good games from 2007 and 2008 like Crackdown, Lost Odyssey, Ninja Gaiden 2, etc.Floppy_Jim

Hmm... Interesting. Alan Wake looks like it has potential. Some of those others look like they're only useful online like Halo- I want to avoid that yearly fee. PC exclusives I'm going to set aside for the possibility of a PC upgrade instead of getting a 360.

Actually i am a single player only myself, so my top 30 games are usufull only as single player games actually, none is online only or online oriented in the slightest

You should check the titles in google i guess, one thing they are not, is to play mainly online

Fable 2 is not coming to PC, at least for some more years, or never maybe

Fable is worth it imo, my fav game this gen I think. Forza 3 soon (forza 2 out), DoA Fighting Series, PGR Racing Series, Halo 3, Gears, New Halo coming up, Geomerty Wars series, Braid, etc on XBL, Lots of new games coming out are PC & 360 though

TC... you have a PS3 already? If so... try Valkyria Chronicles. I had a blast with Fable 2... but after playing VC... VC is just a much better game.

Amazing idea, buy a 800$ gaming PC and loose on all 360 exclusives, when with 199$ can have nearly all the PC games and 360 exclusives

You'd benefit the most by focusing on what the 360 already has rather than whats coming up. Forza 3 should be pretty cool though.

So why did you ask this question? You already made up your mind or you wouldn't have doubts. I've bought consoles for 1 or 2 games. But I could afford it.
360 has alot of great older games Fable2 is alot of fun. Mass Effect, GTAIV Lost and Damned. if you feel it's not worth 300 dollars then hold onto your money.
