Total War Warhammer 2, Astro's Playroom, Mass Effect 2 LE

He told us this in the lounge. How could you not know he already has a PS5? Come to the lounge from time to time lol.

@SolidGame_basic: yeah I got one a couple months back when my ps4 semi-died. Haven't got any ps5 games yet but I am really enjoying Astro's and the DS5 features
nice! you gonna sign up for PS Plus Extra/Premium?
Going out of town for a couple days so probably not much.
I'll probably chip away at Factorio a bit and work on Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, too.
I still need to beat Sniper Elite 5 as well, I think I'm close to the end. Fun game, but anyone else feel like there's not really a lot of great sniping moments? I really want a lot of 400+ yard opportunities but it plays more like Splinter Cell or something than anything (not a bad thing, just not ideal for a sniper game lol)
@SolidGame_basic: So Neo is a hit for you too? I also need to finish it. I'm right at the end but have been distracted by other shiny things :S.
As for me: FF7 Remake. Mostly Enjoying it. Trying hard not to compare it to the base game too much mind.
Enjoyable combat, Awesome soundtrack, Lovely Art Direction, Good characters and it's elaborations on the base game are generally positive.
Just some patchy voice acting and some unnecessary story crud (maybe it will pay off) and some technical shortcomings let it down. Credit to Square though: It's not just a cheap and quick cash in.
I just got my 5th player! It's certainly getting interesting. I just think I spent so much time grinding my team that it was starting to get boring. It does feel a bit bloated but I want to see it through!
I paid the $15 to upgrade my PS+ membership to Extra, so I'll be trying some old and new games to pass the time before bed; first game I'll take a stab at will be AC Valhalla.
Have to work the 3rd and the 4th though, mandatory overtime, so not thrilled about that. Hope everyone has a safe holiday state side.
Nice, man. What games you gonna try? Try out Death Stranding! And Ghost of Tsushima..
I already had Ghost of Tsushima, which I still need to finish, but I might try Death Stranding Walking Simulator. :P
I’m playing Batman: Arkham Knight, just downloaded it for free from PS Plus last week, still debating if I enjoy it or not, it’s a bit overwhelming with the different moves and gadgets to learn how to use.
@SolidGame_basic: nah, I just can't get enough gaming time any more for subscriptions to make much sense for me. But I'm hoping to get a game or two for it for my birthday (probably Ratchet and Clank or HFW top choice)
Best Buy has R&C on sale for $39.99 right now!

Lol.. just keep in mind it gets better once you unlock more stuff!
Yay, I've finally beaten Grim Matchstick. That bugger pretty much stopped dead my last attempt at a play-through. Ms. Chalice is an "Easier Mode," not an "Easy Mode;" she has a number of tools that gives her an edge over the boys, but you still gotta know how use them; she won't complete the game for you.
Also started Death Stranding. I think I spent about 2/3rds of the time sitting through cutscenes, and the game shifted wildly from grim and serious storytelling to hilarious interludes. Yup, this is a Kojima game through and through.
And I've just got back into Dreamfall Chapters. Finished Kian's bit with the raid, and got all the way to Book 4, only to have to delete all my saves and go back to the beginning of Book 3 because I forgot to return the pipe tool. I don't mind, though. The story is heating up, and I am very absorbed.
DMC 5 story is so juvenile that it is embarrassing to watch/experience. I just don't get how these games get a pass on such awful storytelling. Then you have to folks who would argue "no one plays DMC for story", if that is the case, why is the game forcing the story down my throat with so many intrusive cutscenes?🙄
Beat the end boss in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. Awesome fight. Got tons of more hunts and missions to do plus the post game content. Excellent expansion to an already excellent game.
Ghost of Tsushima and Xenoblade Chronicles: The Definitive Edition. I've been gaming a lot less lately and have been gravitating more towards movies and TV shows, though.
Bought Shadow of Mordor for 5 dollars on CDKeys. Wanted to play it on my TV, but controller is way too awkward. Will play it with the mouse and keyboard like the first game seven years ago. People told me I was autistic for playing Arkham with a mouse and keyboard. They're crazy. Having to leave the attack buttons/run to use the camera properly is ass. Controllers are so small, so dinky. The buttons so close together in your grasp. At least I can use much higher settings at 2560x1440 (my monitor) than 3840x2160.
