I recently finished Resident Evil 4 Remake and now I’m halfway through Dead Space Remake. Both are amazing games!! Hopefully Silent Hill Remake completes the trifecta 👌After Dead Space I hope to finish Bayonetta Origins before Tears of the Kingdom comes out. What about you, SW? What are you playing this weekend?

God of War weekend for me

Although I've got an itch to play a Command and Conquer type game.

Plan to finish Doom 64 than start up Quake: Remaster

Resident Evil 4 remake - the GOTY of 2023. Can't stop playing it. Once I have platinumed it will be God of War: Ragnarok as the NG+ patch has arrived.

Doing some Mercenaries mode in RE4R and might start a new game on professional. Don't really feel like doing NG+. Too OP, no fun.

This weekend for me, I'll be playing Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp and Dead Island 2 only. Hopefully, both of those games will keep me busy until the most hyped game releasing next week which will be Star Wars: Jedi Survivor! I'm really enjoying Dead Island 2.

I'll be finishing Ghostwire, I think. I like how the game isn't bloated for an open world.

My computer room renovations, which took 4 months to put together, finally completed on Wednesday. After additional post-renovation clean-up, it was finally ready to use on Thursday. I also got my PC back working on the same day. Thanks to a recent 38 degree (C) heatwave which hit just as I had to go without an AC, the rubber connector on my liquid cooler melted, and I had to buy a new cooler.

The room is about 2/5 its original size, but cooler, better insulated, drier and quieter. It also has no mountain of junk that took two weeks to fully move out, so it's much quicker and easier to evacuate in an emergency. It even has a proper bed, instead of a fold-up one I was using before. I slept overnight in it last night to try it out. Best sleep I had in a while. I'm typing this post from my laptop on that bed right now. Four months of work. So worth it.

So, finally time to catch up. I plan on starting a couple of campaigns in Total War: Warhammer III, including one with Drazhoath from the new DLC, getting back into Spider-Man, and maybe installing Returnal to take it for a spin.

Ghostwire and Dead Space. Only put about two hours into Ghostwire and I’m in the middle of chapter 9 with Dead Space,both of them on my XSX.

Just finished RE4 Remake. I’ll try to find time to finish up Super Metroid this weekend for the first time ever.

Well, that's because it's a semi-open-world game meaning it's not one of those biggest Assassin's Creed open-world games like without the bloated stuff in it. I'm also replaying Ghostwire: Tokyo myself trying to finish the game for good. Guess I gave up too early and did not see it actually being a good game.

Been playing Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters on PS5 lately so definitely more of that. Also continuing my playthrough of Horizon: Forbidden West. Have also been playing HiFi Rush on Xbox Series X and really enjoying that game.

I have a few bits to tidy up in Xenoblade 3 before the expansion comes out next week.

Also probably some Horizon Zero Dawn. Also playing Bastion on the Steam Deck.

been messing around with Minecraft legends on gamepass, its alright. so a bit of that probably, also been playing a bit of Insurgency Sandstorm with friends, and might check out CoH3 after its last balance update

I’m going to finish Ragnarok if I ever beat Beigadr the Feared

Wife and I will be at our cabin all weekend. But I might finish up Burning Shores when we get home Sunday night.

MLB The Show 23 and No Man’s Sky VR.

I'm playing NHL 23. I would never pay full price for a game like this, but it came out on Game Pass, so I had nothing to lose. That's one of the things I love about Game Pass -- it introduces me to games that I never would have played otherwise. It's my first NHL game since NHL 17. NHL 23 is much better. In 17, there was some clipping when you tried to poke check, but I haven't noticed that problem in 23.

I might also go back to Shredder's Revenge in order to beat arcade mode.

Dead island 2 on series x and some final fantasy pixel remaster on ps5

Mainly Pokemon Violet, it's not bad but not great either. Maybe some Gotham Knights on the side, I feel like I'm almost done with it.

Hopefully finishing Ghostwire Tokyo. Maybe Coffee Talk 2 for a pallet cleanser before jumping on something else.

How is it for you? I grabbed in on sale after kind of getting the impression people liked it as long as they weren't expecting it to play like a Batman Arkham title, that coming to terms with that helps make the experience more enjoyable. I have yet to fire it up though, could use some encouragement if you have any to give.

Sonic Frontiers (which is surprisingly good), and a bit of Forza Horizon 5 DLC. Waiting for Star Wars next week.

Dead Space Remake, I been playing bits of the game and really enjoying it.

God of War(2018), I been trying to get into this game but just can't. Probably get a guide and figure out where to go as the game is huge.

Dead Space Remake is so good. I’m playing it on normal as I came off of RE4 Remake on hard and I didn’t want to go through frustration again haha.

FF2 Pixel Remaster - I realised that owning a Switch port is better. I am playing it on PS4 and it looks quite big on my 27in monitor. I feel that playing the Pixel Remaster games on Switch Portable is better.

@dracula_16: Nothing wrong with liking EA Sports games. I played Madden 23, the first Madden I had played since ‘05. Not playing them for so long can make them feel fresh again, while annual buyers deal with the disappointment of a barely-changed lazy update every year.

Yeah man Sonic Frontiers is awesome. I've finished the Rally expansion for FH5, and I have to says it was a disappointment.

As for me, will try and finish of SBK 22, and maybe play one of my retro consoles.

Bioshock Infinite. I stopped playing the game few years ago and never finished it so I might as well beat the game once and for all.

@last_lap: Didn't like the Rally expansion? I'm finding the Hot Wheels DLC abit meh.

@hrt_rulz01: MS has been so silent about Forza Motorsport. Hopefully we hear more in June!

The Hot Wheels expansion was at least different in that the world/roads (for the most part) is suspend in the air. The rally expansion is just offroad races in a small map that looks exactly like the OG Mexico map, it felt like I had already played it.

As for Motorsport, yeah my guess is a gameplay trailer at the June show with a release date at the end of it for either Oct/Nov.

@lamprey263: Well I can tell you you've got the right mindset if you're absolutely not expecting the level of quality, polish and fun from the Arkham games because this one has absolutely nothing in common with them.

The game itself is... ok. A bit more fun when there's coop involved. But ultimately it's nothing special and I feel it's a waste of the dev's time and talent because they could have easily done an Arkham-style game as they've proven themselves competent with Arkham Origins.

Just beat Dead Space Remake. Amazing game, even by today’s standards. You should check it out @ConanTheStoner Game looks really good, probably even better on your 4090!

For some stupid reason, CA removed the block on AI factions of the same race as you recruiting Legendary Heroes. At first I was like "oh, Durthu unlocked Ariel before me. No big deal, I'll confed him then march her to Gryphon Wood to reunite with the Sisters of Twilight." Then I tried to burn down Kemmler's capital with her.

Finished Super Metroid, and I have decided it’s one of the five or so games that have a good story, and there isn’t even any dialogue.

The final boss in Super Metroid and the storyline events that happen between that moment and defeating Ridley is gold.

Games don’t have to imitate movies to have good stories. In fact, that’s usually a sign they won’t be good.

Also, second best Metroid game, only behind Metroid Prime.

Got RE4R. Currently downloading it on steam, and let me tell you something, there's literally nothing you can do or say to make me not play this game. While all of you are already done with this masterpiece, i am only beginning my playthrough tonight. You can always wish to be in my shoes, but that's just wishful thinking, so you gotta wake up and accept the fact that your enjoyment with the game has already ended. If you're frustrated reading what i just said, that's perfectly understandable, so keep being frustrated.
