What are your fave OG XBOX games?

The xbox is probably one of the most underrated consoles ever with many great games that you couldn't play anywhere else.

Well, here's my to 10:

Great console.

Definitely an underrated console!

My favourites were Star Wars KOTOR, Jet Set Radio Future, Jade Empire, Halo (of course), Project Gotham Racing... to name a few.

Just anything from Panzer Dragoon would be great to see a port/remake, SEGA. :(

I never owned an OG Xbox, at the time I had a PS2, and it's very rare I own more than one console per generation. That being said, I did play at friends', and loved the first Halo, that's all I played for a while, it was just incredible at the time. Then I played a lot of the Street Fighter 20th anniversary game through BC on the 360. So those 2 were my favorites, I did play others but those 2 stood out the most for me.

Jade Empire & Unreal Championship 2.

Jet Set Radio Future by a considerable margin, followed by Mechassault 1/2, Halo CE, and Conker L&R.

EDIT:

Oh, and also Panzer Dragoon Orta. I completely forgot about that one.

Steel Battalion

OMG Yes. This game was glorious and it could be even better now. I can only wish for a sequel to this with pointer controls so I can move orta and aim independently. How did I forget about this game?

Phantom Dust, Jade Empire and Steel Battalion.

They need a Hololens + Kinect enabled Steel Battalion reboot. They can just shut up and take my money if they do that.

I still don't see much of a game with that.

I mean in Japan you have real Gundam Cockpit arcades that make you feel like you are really riding a giant robot.

I feel Hololens and Kinect Steel Battalion is just the wierd mans Gundam arcade.

Maybe some type of game that doesn't need much player feedback?

The original Phantom Dust (I still have two copies) I used for LAN/online. The SP was terrible, boring long tutorial...but the MP made up for it.

Halo 1/2 for LAN as well. 2004's Halo 2, and only Halo 2, also had Xbox Live support.

Steel Battalion which I got on launch day for $199 I believe.

Splinter Cell 2, not for the SP, but rather the great online play over Xbox Live.

I don't remember, was fable on First Xbox?

I didn't play many Xbox games, didn't like the console.

The original Xbox was a gem. Like a continuation of Sega consoles.
