Diablo 4 and Final Fantasy 16 on release day and more recently I waited for a deep discount for Subnautica and Final Fantasy X remaster all on PS5.

I've had FFX on PS2 since it came out and bought the remaster on Vita again when it released. I've also had Subnautica on Steam since it was in early access.

Some things are better relaxing in a chair with a controller.

Nobunaga’s Ambition Awakening and loving it so far. Once you get to the siege combat which is complicated but not impossible you can really appreciate the game.

The game is a little bit complex, not impossible, which makes you think and I can appreciate that.

I bought it digitally which is also great for lazy ass me.

A Metacritic score of 80 is mediocre?

FFVIIR's Yuffie DLC and Nier: Replicant.

Unfortunately, I've completely forgotten how to play FFVII:R despite getting the platinum trophy, so starting out has been rough, especially after coming off an action game like FFXVI, lol.

Nier Replicant has been on my wishlist for a while, so I'm looking forward to playing that next.

Yea I had that same predicament with the Yuffie DLC but you’ll recall it quickly.

I enjoyed Nier Replicant, more so for it’s somber environment and story lol

Got a Nintendo 64 with Banjo-Tooie and Donkey Kong 64. My father-in-law also hooked me up with an old 13-inch CRT tv. I now have a ton of N64 games on my wishlist. I never was able to appreciate the system fully when I had one as a kid. Now its niche library, Nintendo titles, and Rare titles appeal to me more than the PS1.

I got Zeno Clash, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and A Hat In Time DLC Seal The Deal.

Haven’t purchased anything lately but I’ve been playing a lot of Ghostwire Tokyo on GamePass.

Dying Light 2 on Steam for about $25.

The graphics in this game is absolutely absurd. Might be the best looking game ever made. My 4090 gets 40-50 fps with max settings at native,

but with 4K DLSS 3 Quality @ max settings it goes from 40-50 fps to 130-180 fps with no loss of visual quality. Insane.
