I have and I'm keeping my 360. I'm thinking of selling my Wii for a PS3. Should I stick with the Wii60 combo or PS360? For those who remember me, I'm sooooo freaking sorry!!! LOL I think I want to move on from Nintendo. I feel aware of the difference between Nintendo in the past and Nintendo of today. I'm afraid of next years line up cause since I got the Wii at launch, each game I get, even Smash Bro.s Brawl, I feel either bored or I feel like some games are easy comparing to past games. For Example: Smash Bros. Melee was more fast-paced and challenging. Also, I feel like I want to move on from games like Mario. I grew out of Pokemon so easily and thats the games that got me a gameboy color as my first Nintendo handheld and the N64. Not Mario or Zelda. I only had Mario for the NES and SNES. I feel like maybe I should grow up and move on. Also, I feel like Nintendo has moved to targeting families and are focusing on kids and health! When I play any Wii game, I feel like a child. I got bored with Metroid Prime. Mostly adventure and puzzles. Zelda is getting easier. OMG I think I need to move on but idk. How much would I get if I sell my Wii and my DSi?
If you're already thinking of getting rid of the Wii then just do it. It's not really a gamers console anyways. I mean, look at it objectively. Does the Wii have anything that is really going to keep you around like your 360 has? It already seems like the answer is no. You'll be really glad you got the PS3.
IMO you shouldn't sell a console. You'll never get a lot of money from it. Just save up for a slim PS3. Nintendo is targeting a broader audience but they still have games like mario, zelda, metroid which anyone can play. I'd still keep your Wii and DSi if I were you since next year looks awesome for Nintendo

Same goes for any console but what happened this year and in '08? Many of the "over-hyped" games flopped! Smash Bros. Brawl was THE most hyped when the Wii was annouced and it turned out to be a game we have played before but easier.
For me its the Wii and PS3 hands down. And I wouldn't sell or trade either for anything else. i have no desire to get a 360 whatsoever. I hate shooting games so there is really no reason at all for me to even consider it. That and the fact that I strongly dislike anything M$

Honestly how many times can you play the exact same type of game over and over again? And even with component cables, it still looks bad on my HDTV. And I've said for years,"graphics dont matter"! And now look, I complain about it. I know that I might regret selling selling the Wii. However, I have no regret selling my gamecube with the games I didn't felt like playing anymore. Also for my old PS2 and PSP. No regrets for selling those systems.

Fable is not a shooter and most multiplats are technically better on the 360. Like GTA IV because of the exclusive DLC. Fable doesn't really interest me. I dont play party games/mini games or multiplayer much. However, when I do play multiplayer games, there on the 360 or my friend's PS3 for fighting games and shooters. I also like action adventure games and sandbox games and beat-em ups and hack-and-slash games and some rpgs. The Wii so far has only some rpgs that interests me and Zelda is the only adventure game or some call it an rpg anyways. And Metroid The Other M is the only game of the genre similiar to Ninja Gaiden that I like. I mostly play by myself. When I play with friends, its not on the Wii.
imo, there's too much redundancy between the PS3 and the 360 and I would never consider buying both. better off using that money on games/accessories.

Why PS360 wouldn't work well? Mostly similiar? I think so too I guess. I realized that I really just feel like playing God of War and Final Fantasy Versus XIII more than any other game on the PS3. Some other games interests me but not as much as FFVerXIII or GoW 3. Like Valkyria Chronicles, Infamous, Uncharted, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Naruto Ninja Storm, and Killzone 2.

Why PS360 wouldn't work well? Mostly similiar? I think so too I guess. I realized that I really just feel like playing God of War and Final Fantasy Versus XIII more than any other game on the PS3. Some other games interests me but not as much as FFVerXIII or GoW 3. Like Valkyria Chronicles, Infamous, Uncharted, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Naruto Ninja Storm, and Killzone 2. They share a ton of multiplats, and by your post, you should go PS3/Wii or PS360 if you don't want to play anymore Wii games. 360 comes in handy for multiplats and some exclusives though.
