If you're already thinking of getting rid of the Wii then just do it. It's not really a gamers console anyways. I mean, look at it objectively. Does the Wii have anything that is really going to keep you around like your 360 has? It already seems like the answer is no. You'll be really glad you got the PS3.
IMO you shouldn't sell a console. You'll never get a lot of money from it. Just save up for a slim PS3. Nintendo is targeting a broader audience but they still have games like mario, zelda, metroid which anyone can play. I'd still keep your Wii and DSi if I were you since next year looks awesome for NintendoSilverChimeraSame goes for any console but what happened this year and in '08? Many of the "over-hyped" games flopped! Smash Bros. Brawl was THE most hyped when the Wii was annouced and it turned out to be a game we have played before but easier.

Do you have super mario galaxy?
How is the Wii not a gamers console? It is a video game console and it plays video games. Gamers play it. I say it is a Gamers console. Why keep the 360? However, I have no regret selling my gamecube with the games I didn't felt like playing anymore. Also for my old PS2 and PSP. No regrets for selling those systems.

Ah, I see. Maybe you're right, but I still wouldn't sell it. Just save up for a PS3. Selling games is okay, but i don't think you should sell systems. You won't get much money. And the Wii is the best party system IMO so just keep it around for parties if you don't like playing it by yourself

I dont play party games/mini games or multiplayer much. However, when I do play multiplayer games, there on the 360 or my friend's PS3 for fighting games and shooters. I also like action adventure games and sandbox games and beat-em ups and hack-and-slash games and some rpgs. The Wii so far has only some rpgs that interests me and Zelda is the only adventure game or some call it an rpg anyways. And Metroid The Other M is the only game of the genre similiar to Ninja Gaiden that I like. I mostly play by myself. When I play with friends, its not on the Wii.imo, there's too much redundancy between the PS3 and the 360 and I would never consider buying both. better off using that money on games/accessories.
I know there are differences, and some people swear that they need to have both, but as far as max variety for your money you're best off with a PSWii combo or Wii60 combo.
I guess the question you need to ask yourself is... would you play Wii games? are there enough titles that interest you to have one. for me the answer is yes, definitely. but that's not true for everyone.

Why PS360 wouldn't work well? Mostly similiar? I think so too I guess. I realized that I really just feel like playing God of War and Final Fantasy Versus XIII more than any other game on the PS3. Some other games interests me but not as much as FFVerXIII or GoW 3. Like Valkyria Chronicles, Infamous, Uncharted, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Naruto Ninja Storm, and Killzone 2.[QUOTE="mitu123"]Hey, you're the one outsmarting me, you always counter with something clever.[QUOTE="tagyhag"] Bah, you're just letting me win. They share a ton of multiplats, and by your post, you should go PS3/Wii or PS360 if you don't want to play anymore Wii games. 360 comes in handy for multiplats and some exclusives though.OMG IDK! All three consoles have games that interests me! XD!Go to where the games interest you. That's the best advice I can give.
ActicEdge
1. PS3 and Wii.
2. PC and Wii.
3. Xbox and Wii.
In my opinion, it's pretty pointless to have a 360 and PS3 (Unless you want all three).
A PS3 and Wii is definitely better than your combination, but I don't think it would be worth trading it in.
Just stick with what you have.
- OR -
Get a PS3, and keep what you have. You should never sell a system. Especially because 2010 is going to be great for the Wii.
