PS4.
Now that the drm has been removed,I will consider buying an xbox done too,but only after 4 years of launch.Gotta make sure M$ hasn't abandoned the x1 just like it abandoned the og xbox and 360 after 3 years!

I want both now, but the one I will likely buy first is PS4.
It's $100 cheaper, it's significantly more powerful (according to the design specifications of both), I do not ever, ever, ever see myself making use of Kinect, and they both have some great titles, but the title I'm most interested in for Xbox One (Titanfall) is coming to PC, and with a gaming PC of my own I could just play it there from day one.
Plus Sony as a whole just seems MUCH more geared towards making games for consumers, whereas Microsoft's plan was basically "we'll try to screw you as hard as we can if we can get away with it, and this time we couldn't". A bit harsh, but was there any possible benefit to anyone except publishers and Microsoft to have the 24 hour DRM in the first place?
It's gone now, but it doesn't make them look good. But yeah, I'll still get an Xbone sometime down the line, but right now I'm not getting either system for a while, just if I do I'm leaning towards PS4 as my first next gen system.
PS4, Microsoft has barely any first party studios at all, at first they might have more exclusives because they are paying third party developers but they cant do this for an entire generation so in the end the ps4 will have more exclusives than the xbone, in fact at the end of this generation I think MS will barely be able to support its console with exclusive software just see what happened on the current console generation. And besides I like japanese games, Its obvious the xbone will barely have any japanese games at all.
spend $900 on both consoles, or upgrade my pc for the same money that will crap on both those systems 100x over.
Â
I think ill do the latter.
PS4
I wont buy a one, i will use my roomates to hop on forza 5 though. As that is the only game that peaks my interest.
I am still getting the PS4 first especially after hearing about

However, the X1 is definately on my map now. Like I said so many times... it wasn't the X1 or the games I didn't like, it was the people behind it forcing those crazy policies. Now that those are gone, I will support the console... if none other to show my support to the industry in THAT form.
Still the PS4. But I'll stick with PC and PS3 for a while. Early consoles always have problems and I still have lots and lots of PC/PS3 games to beat. Theres no point in grabing a next gen console as of yet
At first it was the ps4 for sure, but now that MS has dropped the crappy DRM, and used game polices I on board with the Xbox One. I just don't know which one I want just yet. I know I am gonna pre order one of them THIS week because I know I can't wait for too long before they run out of supplies for launch day.Â
Since I have answered this question at least 4 times in the past 24 hours we might as well sticky this thread.
The quad. Sony's more focused this upcoming generation, so we should see some great software down the road. I imagine after 3-4 years Microsoft's software support will start to waiver. Also, I'm assuming the X1 will have an issue with reliability.
I was planning on buying both either way, it was just a matter of which system to buy at launch and which system I was going to get when there was a price cut. I'm still going to get the PS4 at launch....the only thing that changes for me now is that I will get the XB1 a "LITTLE" sooner then I thought.
PS4.
Policy changed my opinion of the XboxOne from "not in a million years" to "I'm open to the idea." But still, $500 is a lot to swallow for a console that's library will 80% probably be available on PC as well. Maybe in a couple years when the price drops.
Good man.tehe, Like Wii60; UWon FTW? :o You're speaking a different language from me, I think.[QUOTE="Michael0134567"][QUOTE="SecretPolice"]
