Sometimes a sofa, but I usually like to be close to the TV, so I use some gaming chair-thingy.

I sit on either my cat or the dog from the neighbours.

My nice couch for the most part, sometimes I'll be sitting in my computer chair for any PC gaming.

A hard plastic chair (used for PC and TV [same room]). There is no console gaming "on the couch" for me. Although I do play my DS and PSP on the couch or bed.

A bed of nails usually, but sometimes I like to lean back in my comfy computer chair.

PC - Kitchen Chair

Wii - Bed/Standing/Coffee Table/Recliner (it depends where I hook the system up at when it is in my room I'm standing or sitting on the Bed, if it is in the living room I'm standing or sitting on the Coffee Table or recliner it depends on how the room is rearranged in Fall and Winter I'm on the Coffee Table in Spring and Summer I'm in the Recliner.)

NES - Bed

PS2 - Bed

PS3 - When I get one it will be Bed.

DSi- Bed, Bench, Chair, Car, standing up while walking, Leaning against a wall. (I site where ever is a good place to sit were ever I go with my DSi.)

Wii - Couch

PS3/360 - Bed

PC - Drum Throne

DS - Standing Up

Executive type semi-reclinable chair.

PC- The current PC is crap so I sit in a chair 5 feet back from the monitor and put the keyboard and mouse on a TV tray just so the game doesn't look like a blurry piece of crap.

For PS3, Wii, and 360 it depends. My vision is mediocre and I like to see everything, so if I don't have my contacts in I sit in a bean bag pretty much right in front of the TV. If I do have them in, I on the more comfortable couch.
