Fantastic.

I'm probably biased since I love Bungie and games like Halo, Mass Effect, etc. Can't wait for the full game in September.

A very pretty game, the art style is stunning and has a story behind all the shooting with teammates. Something new and fresh, that itself will put some people off as it is a very sci-fi esque game. It is Beta afterall.

It seems alright, but I think people are going to be very disappointed if they think this is going be the next big shooter. It really doesn't have much of an identity of its own. It sort of plays like a mixture of Halo and Borderlands. There really wasn't a single thing that amazed me from my time with the beta. The competitve multiplayer is also TERRIBLE, was very surprised to see such a tacked on and boring mode.

Story missions (PvE) - fantastic

Competitive (PvP) - hackneyed

This game is definitely built around the PvE portion and cooperative play. I wish more games were like this instead of the same crap we've had with PvP since 2001.

Fantastic. It's a beta so obviously it can still use a bit of work in some areas but it certainly has me hooked.

Also, Bungie can do no wrong.

It's pretty good but still too similar to the alpha. I wish they let us try new planets like Mars or Venus instead of same ol' Old Russia. I'm also a bit disappointed with the graphics, wish they had gone for 60fps on the PS4 version instead of this parity bullshit 30fps. It's very obvious lastgen consoles are holding back the PS4 and XBone version. The Crucible PVP mode would be a whole lot better running at 60fps, aiming in 30fps in a competitive MP feels so weird and shitty on PS4. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to the full game for the story and co-op.

I hope they do alot more with the sparrows (swoopbikes ftw) as they are without a doubt the best handling vehicles in an FPS ever, so much fun to fly about on them and the controls are incredibly tight.

Apparently the Moon will be opened tonight for the four hour stress test (2pm PDT/ 9pm GMT).

Addictive. Even with the limited content, I find it hard to put down. Looking forward to having the leash taken off with the full version.

Repetitive. Now im not saying the beta is bad, its very good but after 30+ hours lets just say i feel like i know it so well that i can play blindfolded. I noticed something, when you look at earth there's only one strike (yes im aware that not everything is on the map) same on moon (you can see it but its locked) and i expect one on Mars and Venus. If there's only 4 strikes in the entire game,,,,,,, oh man. In 2 weeks it'll get old.

Surprisingly fun but at the same time repetitive.. the beta is full of people yet feels very empty at the same time... All you can do to interact with others is dance , maybe i got too used to FF14 and the chatting system with random people anywhere.

Overall yeah the game by itself is really fun but as soon as your alone when all your friends log out it gets pretty boring.

My one word to describe it is "fun".

I thought it could have been better. It was high ony list to purchase before the beta but now its dropped down far on my list of games to get. Didn't find it as fun as I thought.

It was meh... Made me want to play The Division more.

Was playing with someone 2 level's higher then me... Got jack of loot and XP. So there goes the whole party thing. Really didn't like all the back tracking, generic mobs and bland tone of the story narrator.

Boss fights were sad as can be. Shooooooooooooooooooooooooot then cover..... SHOOOOOT some more and cover. Kill some junk mobs... Grab ammo and repeat until dead.

Unplayed. Still haven't touched it, is it worth a go?

I guess I need to lvl up more and get the hell out of Russia.

Felt and looked like I was playing Halo with a boring loot mechanic.

Visuals were especially disappointing, it really looks like an uprezzed 360 game made with the Reach engine.

Pretty good. I just hope in the full game there isn't only like 5 planets and one moon to explore.

from what i've heard there's less lol. Its earth, Venus, Mars and Moon. That's it. This is what im worried about. If there's only one strike per planet (including moon) and their 6h long raid there's only 4 Strikes and one raid. Nowhere near enough content for an mmo

Repetitive, saying that it still peaked my interested. The only thing I didnt like was the enemy mobs that would re-spawn in the same place in the same quantity . I shouldnt encounter the exact same enemies I just killed in the exact same spot five minutes prior. It takes the fun out of the game.

I also didnt like the "clean up missions" on the planet which seemed to revolve around the "we need X amount of this, go and collect it" style of play. It felt like a lot of filler with no real content. However I realise it is just a Beta, il wait for some opinions after release before I part with my cash.
