What do you think sonys BIG secret title could be!

If you have been paying attention to sony throughout E3 you will know that duing E3 one BBC reporter was alowed to see a TOP SECRET game. Though he was sworn to secrecy and was not all owed to tell anyone anything about the game:

The reporter said he was "left speechless." For all we know this could be overdramatic. But sony said that it is so big, it makes Killzone 2 and MAG look small.

now if you have been paying attention to sony for a long time. You will also know that they created the playstation eye. And some of you may remember sony say That the playtation eye has has greater potential than the wiimote:

This is becuase it can pipoint your bodys location in 3D. Now what if sony made a game where you controlled your character. so if you went to punch someone, your character did it? Sony said their game would set a new standard in immersion. And what is more immersive than being able to completely controll your character?

If you reach forward to pick something up, your character could. Add a good story (which apparently they have) and gameplay mechanics and it would simply be awsome!

What do you think? It could be possibe imo. they could make the game recognise different body parts easily enough.

So do you think its possible, or a little tpp far fetched. this sonly an idea. But if they did this it would be amazing.

I dont know if it is SOTC2, but surely i hope some details on Team ICO's next project emerge....

Guess we'll have to wait, hoping its not a marketing strategy from Sony to create hype and interest in the PS3....

Plus I doubt the BBC reporter is lying. They would get bashed so much bu the public it would not even be funny. That BBC reporter is telling the truth. How big this game is though we will have to wait and see.

yeah probably i dont think a BBC reporter would state such comments, knowing its untrue... Sony dont keep secrets to your fans, you'll probably sell more units showing the upcoming games to public rather than creating hype/buzz on secret games... ;)

A web site says that the metioned game was Hardware 2 a masiive online shoter, that uses tanks helicopters almost everyting, and can be up to 100 people matchig against each others in a 50 vs 50 match. But they say that sony did not wan't to anouce the game yet and, look the web site look like a liar because they not provide the vidoe or more detalis of the game. they metions that they will show the game later. don't know if true or not but thats what the site said. i posted last week the site and the info about the game so i will not post the same info again.fjburgos

the playstation eye is a joke dont believe sony and there self hyping of thier stuff. untill a develloper actually uses it in an actual game and makes it work then let me know,

sony only secret is that they have no secret and want you to think they do to hype something to try to trick you into making them more money

Its probably Heavy Rain, it was at E3 but in secret well according to playboy. The new screens look amazing.

The only other Dev that's relatvively free is SCE Liverpool, which i guess it could be.

I doubt any game that you describe would cause some jaded gaming journalist to go crazy. And the only secret game from E3 that I know of, that only journalists saw, was Heavy Rain or whatever its called.

Honestly, unless God of War 3 is further along than we know, or there is a new Ico or Shadow of Colossus, I don't think this "secret" announcement will amount to much.

As for me being a fanboy, PLEASE. I have no problem saying if any Sony game is good or not. (See: any MGS 4 or uncharted thread that I posted in).As for those games you listed, the only ones I care even remotely about is LBP (which has recently grown on me) and infamous. Your reluctance to be even slightly critical about anything that Sony does, doesn't qualify you in anyway to accuse anyone of fanboyism.

but seriously, it's been confirmed to be some sequel to a 6.5 game about army trucks or something like that.

I dont mean to sound like the ass here, but sony almost never lives up to their "big" announcements. Other companies actually have. But sony rides on the fact that anything new is big.

BigBig Studio – Acquired along with Evolution Studio in September 2007, BigBig has yet to step up to release schedule since the inception of Pursuit Force for the PSP, what games are they working on??

SCE London Studio – You are looking at Sony's biggest internal development studio with 250+ employees sitting in air conditioned 7 story building for the past 3 years. The only thing they have released was SingStar which is a low-budget, non-program intensive game (It's still a good game), but can you imagine 250 dudes sitting in a building for 3 years trying to make something but hasn't produced any results? With Get Away and Eight Days canned, this team must be doing something that they are not telling us.

SCE Studio Cambridge – Acquired in 1997, the last game the maker of MediEvil released was licensed property of 24: The Game for the PS2 in March of 2006. It's been a while since we heard anything from a team of 90 employees. What is up guys? Where are my games?

SCE Studio Liverpool – Psygnosis was founded in 1984 and acquired by Sony in 1993 in preparation for the release of the first PlayStation to strengthen the first party library. This is one of Sony's old pillars and has created numerous hit European titles such as F1, Wipeout series. With 100 employees, could they be working only on WipeOut HD? I am not convinced that it takes 2-3 years to create a HD version of Wipeout. They must be in production of another game. We may see it later this year in smaller European gaming events. Not to mention that Sony gave up their F1 license..so we may see something entirely new.
