The actual meaning of it is to glorify the console's potential power. They're doing exactly what Atari and Sega did wrong. Instead of advertising the console to be a good product they're advertising the console as being worth more than the consumer's measily lives and when it comes to advertising a good game on the system, they blaber on about how the console is an unnatural force close to that of a god instead of just advertising the game.

Sony finally quit with that crap and are now showing the games during the commercial. I liked the Ratchet and Clank commercial.
They could hardly use the phrase "Just You Wait" that the cows have adopted as a motto when they hype up the games that still haven't been released a year after the console.
