I'm really sorry if the title is poorly worded, didn't really know how to write it.
Basically if you own a PS5, what feature from the Series X would you like on the PS5 and vice versa?

Backwards compatibility from all gens would be so nice for my Ps5. At least we have ps4 BC where Ps4 had nothing
I own a PS5. I would love to be able to purchase PS3 games natively on the PS store like Xbox does for 360 games.
Are those games native or emulated?
I would love to have the quick resume feature. I generally don't play that many games at the same time, but I do occasionally. Would be great to have. Additionally, I don't really care about the amount of BC, but I also think that for my fellow gamers, it would be great if Sony went all in on it the way that Xbox has.
I think I'm supposed to say Game Pass, but am still not that enthralled with it (GP for PC)
A feature that I’d like each console to have that their competitors have would be:
Switch - more robust backwards compatibility like Xbox does. Probably a bit more tricky for them given their propensity for using different methods of controls and formats for their systems but I’m sure that they could offer MUCH more of their back catalogue of games from their various systems.
PS5 - Same, more robust backwards compatibility like Microsoft is doing. It would be so awesome having a huge selection of their classic game library available from the PS1 and up.
Xbox Series X|S - having a bit of trouble on this one, can’t really think of a feature that I’m really clamouring for from their competitors. I guess I’d say higher fidelity rumble in the controller. Not really all that important for me but it’s all I could think of at the moment.
The ability for my Series X to directly upload to YouTube, so I don't have to transfer to One Drive then upload from a PC to YouTube. It used to be able to on XB1 until couple years back, but MS disabled the file explorer feature, so no more app support that used to use it. They haven't fixed this since, it has been a couple years.
I want my XSX to have next-gen features such as DualSense with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, and Tempest 3D audio with Pulse 3D wireless headset for a stronger sense of location and more detailed surrounding sound, as well as VR compatibility to play various VR games :)
AA batteries... not just in the controller, but also in the console.. in case the power goes out or if I'm too lazy to plug the console in. I'm guessing this will be a next gen feature exclusive to the xbox though 🤷♂️
I want the 12tflops of the X inside my 9.2tflops PS5. Not a feature, but that's what i want from competition
I had like my PS4 (or future PS5) to offer full BC so I can play those games I missed because I didn't own a PS2 and PS3. I really want to play Persona 4.
On my Xbox One X I want direct options to enter rest mode or turn off the console like the PS4 has. On Xbox you need to go to settings every time before you can switch between standby mode or turn off. Annoying.
I personally would love better BC on PS5 because those dumbasses at Konami stops Suikoden PSN PS3 release at Suikoden IV and hope if there is BC, Konami will finally complete the series.
Still infuriates me, Konami what you doing Suikoden V aka the best in the series not available on PSN. Fking upload that game I beg you.
Would like on PS5
1. Smart Delivery
2. Quick Resume
Those are pro-consumer and seem relatively easy to enact. Big quality of life improvements, for sure.
I'm down for more BC, but not at the sake of the two listed, it's just not as important.
I would love to see PC hardware makers take a few notes from how consoles are made. It would be great If ATX got a proper update to be more flexible. Not everything of course (dont introduce those really thin cables with really weak connectors....not good for a PC) but a few things like:
1) why a big 24 pin connector for the mobo and why is it outward facing? i know 12VO is on the way now which looks to be a step in the right direction but it still has big connectors. Why dont they have all the power connectors on the other side of the mobo? you can technically solder your power supply wires to the back of the mobo but..well it needs soldering.
2) why are graphics cards the way they are (Answer: ATX standard)? i mean they work and work well but having fans slam air onto a flat plane seems inefficient. then you have those 2 PCI-e power connectors that need to be dealt with. it would be great if he had a form factor that made putting those connectors on the other side of the card more sensible. A variant of the MXM GPU module used in laptops could also be interesting. connect the GPU to the mobo using a bigger m.2 slot (an M.8 with the same performance as a PCI-E X16 slot) perhaps.
3) i love the split mobo setup of the XSX. can the PC have that please? maybe have it so that the user can choose to connect it as one continuous piece or have the second board flip back on the first and let the case dictate which setup to use.
I would just like to see ATX updated to make building easier, make it look nicer (hide all those wires) and allow hardware manufacturers (especially case manufacturers) to be more flexible in how they can design their cases. The tricky bit would be doing it without causing a load of confusion of course. but then ATX is hardly a bastion of clarity and simplicity.
@lamprey263: Use the Xbox phone app. Just go to your captures and choose where you want to upload it.

If you have the Xbox mobile app linked, or the Xbox Console Companion on your PC, you can download your clips directly through those, and upload them to YouTube from there.
the portability of the Switch is a great feature that i doubt we'll ever see from Xbox or PlayStation..
Game Streaming is nice but it doesn't beat the native hardware experience you get with the Switch..
This 100%. A Xbox and PlayStation that’s portable and natively plays the games would be amazing. I’m not sure how they’d pull that off, but if they did I’d pay whatever.

If the hybrid system that is the Switch actually catches on that Nintendo's competitors will have copy its portability in order to compete, it may mark the end of stand-alone consoles just like how smartphones marked the end of dedicated handheld gaming systems (smartphones are more powerful than the Nintendo 3DS) and digital cameras (other than professional photographers, who owns a digital camera these days?).
The only thing I can think of that the ps5 has that xsx doesn’t is better haptics, though the difference isn’t that huge. A mic in the controller seemed like a cool idea until I tried it, and realised that the haptics were turned down so you don’t hear a cacophony of haptic vibrations…so pretty pointless.
Having the Switch’s portability would be cool too…playing Xbox games on Android is pretty sweet but streaming will never be as good as downloading the game.
@UnnDunn: I still would have to upload them to XBL from my capture location, and I think One Drive is my only option too since I capture from an external drive (less limits to length of content that way) and there is restrictions on that when uploading to XBL. It's a painful process too since my ISP has awesome download speeds but horrific upload speeds. Worse is when doing this, when I go to YouTube it won't upload from YouTube from my One Drive cloud location, I have to download then upload again... gosh, yes I would just prefer they fix the YouTube app.
