What February game(s) are you most looking forward to?

I'm looking forward to trying out Avowed on GamePass - thanks, Phil! I'm also interested to see how Civilization VII does. Hopefully those Switch 2 joycons be used as a mouse for the game! How about you, SW? What February game(s) are you most looking forward to?

It’s all about Monster Hunter Wilds for me in February.

Am looking forward to playing Avowed before then.

Interested in Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii but am kind of behind in the franchise so it might be awhile until I get around to it.

Monster Hunter!!!! Really, there is a lot i would get, but probably just monster hunter at launch, the legend of heroes, yakuza and civ vii definitely, but later; especially Civ vii since beyond earth and vi were disappointing.

I might buy Avowed but might use Game Pass PC to do so. Not interest in getting Monster Hunter Wilds as that franchise is a later down the road to play and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is an instant buy as I did in fact like the first game.

AC Shadows is super lucky to get a delay as that game would get Assassined by Monster Hunter Wilds. So let it be known I'll play AC Shadows in March...but with EA PlayPro.

Maybe Avowed, will wait to see some out in the wild gameplay and not curated footage before I make a final judgment. Allowing you to play the game in third person is definitely a plus.

Kingdom Come Deliverance II is perhaps one of my most anticipated games ever, or at least in a long time... I am playing through the original again waiting for the launch of the 2nd game and I have over 120 hours playtime. That's an easy day 1 Gold Edition, and I plan to pre-order soon. Just such a damn good game, and 2 is supposedly twice the size? Hell yeah, count me in.

Pirate Yakuza and Avowed are both on my list as well, but don't even touch KCDII in terms of hype. Of the nearly 500 games I'm tracking only 3 currently have 100's on my hype scale and thats one of them.

The Legend of Heroes Trails Through Daybreak 2 is going on my purchase later list. I still need to get the first one, and I plan on tackling that franchise head on soon. I'm more interested in playing the Sky Remake first though so I have a starting point.

Avowed and Monster Hunter wilds are on my to buy pile. But i have so much Monster hunter on the backlog. Didn't even start Sunbreak yet. Need to finish world and I have Gen Ultimate on the Switch also: That's a lotta monsters need killin'.

Fingers crossed for Avowed too. I hope it's great.

Legend of heroes is, at this stage, for my retirement :P. That looks like a huge time commitment. The series is on my radar though.....

Interested in the tomb raider remasters its the only 3 of the series I never played.

That's the plan. Just finished Intermission today on PC (pointless DLC), so i'm all set for Thursday.

@robert_sparkes: I'm curious about getting that 2nd Tomb Raider collection too, but watching a video on the series' history, those later games certainly had issues so curious how the remaster might try to address some of that, I certainly want to get it anyways because I've never played them, and having fun so far with the 1-3 remasters.

I wanna see how they improve Angel of Darkness lol

@lundy86_4: I'm close to beating chapter 17 on PC myself, I'm just a hair away from chapter 18. I swear 17 was just (boss) fight after fight. But yeah great time so far.

I'm gonna skip the, as you say, pointless DLC and I'll be all set for Rebirth.

@R4gn4r0k: The DLC was alright. Anyway if you have a save from it then you get a bonus summon in Rebirth.

@girlusocrazy: one thing that I can't see tp get over. But Ifrit is my only summon so far in FF 7 remake integrade. I'm so sad I missed the chocobo + some other animal duo in my second playthrough 😢

@R4gn4r0k: I enjoyed the game (played it a few times) just didn't like the filler to pad out Midgar. As for the DLC, it's worth a play, but it's just two chapters with Yuffie and it's non-essential. Only thing it unlocks is a few items in Rebirth (IIRC).

Monster Hunter Wilds is all I need.
