gears 2 for me, resistance 2 will get some play from me....but i never really stopped playing gears for a long length of time, ive been playing it since it came out non stop pretty much, i just hope that they focus on fixing all of those online glitches this time
Rainbow 6 Vegas2, MGOnline, Socom, Resistance 2, Gears2, as well as a few others will all do their part. I don't think anything as big as CoD4 will come out for a while, which, if your a fan of different genres, is a good thing, I think
cod 4 isn't that great, it has gameplay from 3 years ago with pretty average level design, there is nothing that make it better than unreal 3 halo 3 crysis etc etc
yup COD4 is definitely owning MP. No other game came close for 07, and nothing for 08 so far.
crysis is serveryly underrated in mp, the levels are sooooo much better than cod4's tiny boring levels and has much better guns, unreal 3 is better as are many shooters out there. cod4 is great but its nothing special, just cod2 in modern
You will see alot of games take players from CoD 4. It will begin with next months release of R6 Vegas 2!! Later in the year you will have HAZE, RFoM 2, MGS Online, SOCOM:Confrontation, Gears 2, Killzone 2 and Battlefield Bad Company. I love CoD 4!!!! it is Imo the best online shooter to date. But it badly needs new maps. I can honestly only think of a handful of maps on CoD 4 that I really still enjoy. Maps I HATE.....Bloc, Countdown, Wetworks and Shipment!!!

Seriously dude?? CoD 4 is this generations Counter Strike! I have talked to so many of my buddies that love CoD 4 and the first game that comes to everyones mind when making comparisons to CoD 4 is CS!! Imo Halo 3 is overrated casual trash and as much as I love playing UT 3 on my PS3, I still feel that killing in that game is as much about luck as it is about skill.
Well for me its Rainbow Six Vegas 2. Its multiplayers going to be great and I really like that style of game. Its not going to be as popular as COD4, but I can see it being up there.
