Is this seriously what it's come down to for cows, arguing about number of discs? Is this all they've got left to brag about? How Sad.

No it doesn't.
Bluerays needs to have the game be copied miore than once on the disc or have it be partial downloaded directly on the HD to lower down load times. I know it something of that nature.Blue Dragon is also filled up with hours of unneeded HD CGI when in-game cutscenes are so much more efficient, and easier to produce.project343
More efficient, easier to produce, and usually far more boring.Â
More efficient, easier to produce, and usually far more boring.StephenKing_1Have you seen Blue Dragon's CGI? It looks exactly like the in-game stuff, except it has slightly better lighting, and it's a little more crisp. I fail to see how that makes it so much more exciting, as you seem to claim.
there is game called bluedragon. its looks like a pretty good game and people say how bluray is not needed. this game uses 3 dl dvds. bluray also has a faster read and write time.

You know what else had 3 disks? Final Fantasy VII... and we all know how having multiple disks totally ruined the game. Only if they were using DVD back then, it could have saved it and would be known as one of the best RPGs ever made.... oh wait...

Where Blu-Ray potentially benefits devs is Sandbox Games developed with Blu-Ray in Mind as opposed to a multiplat.
