It would definitely take more than one franchise, but I think the GTA games would make me switch, though knowing the GTA games it would come over after a year.
Well, the only games that could make me do that are Zelda, Smash Bros, Metroid and Fire Emblem. And maybe a new No More Heroes, but I already have a Nintendo system:P

Well, I sometimes wish I had a XBOX 360 so I can play Alan Wake when it comes out. I also wish I could play Forza but that is not too big of a deal because I have Gran Turismo.

None; I'm happy with my consoles. Nah, Im lying, if I could I would buy the three home consoles and the two handheld consoles; it doesn't matter if an exclusive I love goes to another console.
Cod and fallout 3. I would add gta but, oh well rockstar killed the pc version so i had to play it on a console. Thats whee i found uncharted series which are really worth switching to a console!
I have 360 and PS3 now, but I would rate the game-changing multiplat franchises as: 1) Bioshock 2) Modern Warfare/Call of Duty 3) Assassin's Creed A lot of people would say GTA, but I'm not a huge fan of the series, so it wouldn't sway me personally. But that's also one of the mega-franchises out there.
I'd never switch. Mass 2 made me buy a 360 and up my platforms to 3, though (PS3, PC, 360). "Switching" implies selling a console, which I would never do. It doesn't even make sense financially.
Before GTA4 came out, if that was exclusive to 360, I would have definitely bought the 360 over the PS3, choosing GTA4 over MGS4 and God of War III combined.
Now that I've played the game though, I'm not sure. If the next GTA was 360 exclusive it still wouldn't be enough for me to buy a 360 - unless they do the next one right. GTAIV was a good game, but damn it was underwhelming.
If MGS4 was 360 exclusive, I would have gone with 360 over PS3.
