I guess Ninja Gaiden is similar, but it's much faster paced I think. God of War gives you more a sense of being a brutally powerful warrior, whereas in Ninja Gaiden you feel more like agile and manueverable. They're similar games, but each has its own distinct stlye that sets it apart from the other. Hope that helps.
Even after you made 2 threads about it I still don't know what you are asking. Either you want a game like God of War for the 360 or you want a game like Gears of War for some other system.

Hey I got a PS3 3 mo after it came out did not take long to find out it was a hunk of junk damn thing kept crashing and locking up so I took it back got a new one played it for 1 hr and it started doing the same thing so I gave up on sony took it back for a refund! I always was a big fan of the ps1 and ps2 and did enjoy GOW1 now I have a 360 been playing it for 2 yrs now just looking for a game close to god of war thats it thks for all replys.
I don't think there really is any platformer on the 360 currently that can compare to God of War. The new Castlevania game coming out looks to be outstanding, but right now their really isn't a top notch platformer on the Xbox that can compete with the GOW series.I also agree with some other posts about Dante's Inferno looking to be similar.

360 try Ninja Blade, since it stole a lot of the gampleay elements from GOW.

^^^ this man speaks the truth. it's kind of a corny game with SO many quicktimes but it's still fun nonetheless. I wish from software did as good of a job on this as they did demon's souls ^_-

Whoa, that's a load of bad luck, man. And a little ironic. :P Anyway, if you want action, check out DMC4 or Ninja Gaiden. If you want brutality, check out Prototype (this game makes you fee like a god :)) or Xmen Origins: Woverine (seriously, I loved this game)
