A bit too early to tell. We haven't seen any actual gameplay footage of The Order yet. And we got maybe a couple seconds of gameplay of Quantum Break. Yeah. I'd give it a while before deciding.
We don't know that much about The Order. We kinda know what Quantum Break is going for, and based on that, I'll pick QB.
Quantum break looks more interesting due to the alleged time powers you'll get to use
The Order 1886 just sounds like Uncharted... Do not want...
I probably won't be interested in either in the end. these kinds of games tend to care more about plot and presentation than gameplay and game design. Not my thing.
Quantum Break looks like a wannabe heavy rain/beyond david cage game.
The order looks to have the most potential.
Cows are so insecure lol
Aren't you the most insecure guy on this forum? You wanted to switch to PS4 when you heard cod was in 720p on the X1.
Quantum Break based on the premise being more interesting. So far The Order just looks like uncharted.

No, It has gameplay.

Uncharted? The only resemblance is that they are both a TPS.
And funny how you act like that is a bad thing, since all Uncharted games from the PS3 outscored Alan Wake (83%) and Max Payne (87%) on Metacritic
The Order looks fantastic. Isn't QB a tv series? I don't think it's actually a game.
Normally Lems would call such a game a movie, if it were on the PlayStation platform. But now that it is on a Xbox platform it's called a game.
The Order is one of the new franchises im the most hyped for. Really hard to hype anything after the colossal disappointment Alan Wake was when it comes to Remedy
The gameplay of Quantum Breaks looks medicro! WTF is it? Another cover base shooter with cutscenes? LMAO! Give the gaming world something new!

Isn't that exactly what the Order 1886 is? A cover-based shooter? It will also have cutscenes...

I don't know why I even bother sometime lol...

We haven't seen any gameplay footage of The Order. Try again, lemming.
have they shown gameplay yet for QB?
Yeah they did. The gameplay shows that it's a linear, cover-base shooter with cutscenes, it will probably run in 720p like all Xbone games.
The Order. QB looks like it's taking its ideas from Time Splitters. Very unoriginal
Not to be mean, but do you have any idea how idiotic that statement was?
EVERY game that has released in the past decade has "taken its ideas" from a previous game, movie, book, etc.
People have been telling stories for 5000 years. Every basic concept has already been covered a dozen times over. Sure, you can make tweaks to the specifics of your story...but it can trace a large part of its inspiration to a previous IP.
Given your criticism, I assume the Order 1886 doesn't do this at all? Very impressive!!
...though it's 100% incorrect as well.
Don't get me wrong, I think The Order looks like an awesome game and I'll likely pick it up. But these absurd, pseudo intellectual critiques that a game is "unoriginal" because you claim resemblance to a previous IP are asinine and require a reality check for the critic.

Actually, we have seen as much gameplay footage of The Order as we have seen of Quantum Break. Around 10 seconds from each game if you add it up. Where is all this gameplay of Quantum Break you have seen that gave you the requisite knowledge to make a declaration of "what type" of game it will be. I'm honestly curious because the game looks very intriguing.
Your criticism was that the game will be a "cover-based shooter with cutscenes".
The Order is a 3rd-person shooter, just like Quantum Break.
It will most likely have a cover mechanic, as screenshots have shown characters crouching behind cover a kin to Gears. If it doesn't, it will be a 3rd person shooter without a cover mechanic.
Considering the only console games I have played in the past 2 years are Halo 4 and God of War, I fail to see how I'm a "lemming", though debating such trivialities with someone named "supercowelitist" would be similar to debating religious tolerance with Heinrich Himmler.
Happy Sunday.

Lol! Sony hasn't shown any gameplay yet, base on QB gameplay that remdy show it, it looks like a linear 3rd person shooter with cutscene, that is fact.
If you're not a lemming, then you shouldn't worry about it, unless you care about your internet reputation.

That video right there shows 4 or so segments of gameplay, more than the entirety of what we've seen for Quantum Break.
I'm also curious as to why you find it pertinent to add "with cutscenes", as if that somehow diminishes Quantum Break. 99% of all video games have cutscenes...not that it's a bad thing.
you mean what movie looks more promising because all i have seen from either of these "games" are cut scenes.
We haven't seen shit from either games.
But alt-victorian london with werewolves and other supernatural beings vs tv show/tps game hybrid where you control time....
Id be more excited about QB if the tv show part didn't exist. Sounds like its going to be cheesy as fuk. Everything we know so far about the order is getting me excited.

This is basically my thinking too.
Plus it's Remedy
Ready at Dawn's work on the psp was pretty amazing. They also said this is the game they've wanted to make for years, so there's some potentially good stuff in the works.
It's hard to say. They both look like they will be excellent. QB appears to be more reliant on the story, where The Order looks like more of a traditional game.
I do not plan on missing either.
I haven't seen much on Order but Quantum Break... So disappointing looks like generic third person shooter, i hope order is better Quantum didn't impress me and i was looking forward to that.
@Bruin1986: oh wow, it shows 0.1 seconds of a character back! lol..some people
and yet you use the same amount of in-game gameplay to make an "analysis" of what Quantum Break will play like?
Hypocrisy?
Game Informer's October special on The Order gave us more information than we have about Quantum Break...
lol...some people?

The only information that The order gave us was that it's set in alternate universe of lodon in 1886 and that it's an action-adventure games. Quantum break shows us that it's just another linear shooter set in modern time, those time of game is replaceable.
@Solid_Max13: Well quantum break's gameplay includes time powers so i would not call it generic. We have not even seen all the powers. We only saw some sort of burst of speed and a gif that was around before VGX show some sort of time stopping power that allowed the protagonist to stop a car in mid air and send it flying, but that could have been scripted. There will also be some important story choices since there will a show that changes according to your choices. We have no idea if there is also stealth or other elements, so it is not fair to pass it off as generic.
The Order will hopefully be great too.
@cooolio: Oh i know i'm not saying from the 4 seconds i saw of gameplay i'd like to see more as it right now sounds good in concept but i want to see execution also goes for the order as well!
Can't judge either as little to no actually gameplay has been shown. For me, The Order 1886 looks very promising. I like the premise of Quantum Break as well. It looks kind like a Heavy Rain meets Max Payne meets Timesplitters. I think both games will do very well for their respective consoles!
Both have promise, but there isn't enough about each for me to decide. As of now, I'm not hyped for either. Maybe when I see some actual game play I will get hyped.
Not much to go on for either game but QB has me a bit more intrigued with it's gameplay, premise, and TV show connection. The Order does look badass though, especially with it's setting and premise but I feel it'll just be a pretty traditional cover based shooter (albeit a good one) while Remedy is attempting something a little more unique and original.
