Ever play a great game and go "Damn, with the amount I've been playing this and how much fun it gives me, and how much satisfying depth it has, I would've easily spent $100 on it."
For me, I'd have to nominate Blizzard's Overwatch. That game was only $25-$30 at the time when I bought it, and the amount of characters to learn (all play differently), DLC maps/events/new characters (all free!) is incredible. I've poured over a thousand hours probably (I'll have to go back and check. Do I want to?)
It did have Loot Boxes but it was all cosmetics like costumes, Voice Lines, sprays and Emotes. Nothing to give you an advantage on the playing field, unless some of the Summer Skin outfits made you feel sharp & sassier (Stupid Sexy McCree).
And Blizzard has been fully supporting it by expanding the lore with high quality, almost Pixar-level animated short films, as well as keeping the eSports scene alive. Say what you will about Blizzard, but I think they've done a good job here with Overwatch, considering they've never made an FPS game before.
