What games have scored AAA this year (or what are the GoTY candidates)?

Don't kid yourself; unless the game scored 9.0 plus, then it doesn't have a fraction of a chance at getting the GotY award. I'm guessing you already knew this. However, there have been many AAA releases this year, with many more possible ones to come. So I'll be updating this list regularly as more AAAs come down the drain. The main reason I'm doing this is so that if one needs to cite game A or wants to know how many AAAs there are for x system, they'll have a list like this available to them. Hopefully this thread gets stickied as I think that this would belong, but anyways... here goes!

again, RE4 doesn't count as SW has declared it a multiplat. Paper Mario doesn't count as it's a VC title (rerelease)

I don't think any of those will be GOTY... the GOTY hasn't been released yet... could be Halo 3, could be Mass Effect, could be Mario or Smash Bros.

So let me get this straight.. AAA multiplat games don't count anymore?

BioShock is only on the PC and 360.. PS3 and Wii owners can't play it.. to me that's huge..

Yet you decide to list it under multiplat like the PS3 and Wii has that game

Please change your thread title to include "AAA exclusives" as opposed to AAA....on that front, PS3 legitimately has three AAAs on Gamespot.

Oblivion is undeniably AAA.

If there is new content for it, yea. It makes it unique and it only came out on the Wii. If not, than no, as it is just a rehash of the other versions.

Huh? SW made it clear that Sigma is a multiplat, not that it isn't AAA and will have no chance at being GotY.
