I really really liked Blue Dragon. I spent over 90 hours. Though the story wasn't too strong, the gameplay was top notch jrpg goodness.

Killzone, Diddy Kong Racing, Twilight Princess, Mass Effect. System Wars "flops" are generally still very good games.

Twilight princess, Metroid prime 3, Mass effect, and super mario sunshine (isn't nearly as good as SM64/galaxy...but it was decent)

Ninja gaiden II, I guess. The camera controls/difficulty was a bit clunky but if you overlooked those it's a surprisingly good game :)

true, but many many people here didnt think it diserved it, they said it was really boring and repetitive, so it was a flop by the majority of SW
