what genre do you think should have more games?

a lot of people are complaining about too many FPSs, but if you could pick, what genre do you think should have more games, RPG? RTS? racing fighting? also what genre do you overall perfer?

my vote is for platformers. there's tons of FPSs and RPGs and RTSs aren't really my thing, but i love platformers...

There are quite a few out there, but I can always stomach another epic adventure game. If God of War came out every week, I'd buy it every time.

Ya...graphic novel type of games..those are fun. But, they need to be not boring like Hotel Dusk and fun like Phoenix Wright. ;)

I still agree, but I would like to see more action-adventure games LIKE God of War, Ninja Gaiden (I'm more excited about Ninja Gaiden 2 than anything else), and Heavenly Sword as well. I can't get enough of em.

Action/Adventure, few games go into the genre, but a lot fo them are some of the best games I've ever played.

And people picking RPG need to wake up, too many of those considering you don't need as many b/c they last longer naturally. :|

We are not talking about games like Zelda and God of War. Those are action / adventure games. We are talking about a completely different genre of games. Games like Monkey Island, Grim Fandango, The Longest Journey. You probably cannot think of any adventure games wihout action, because you probably have not played any real adventure games.

RPGs with high customization. In the sense of Baldur Gates, Fallout, Neverwinter Nights. Its either you got one main guy or group that had their main types but never more than a few tweaks here and there. I want to be able to customize seriously, generally you get few choices or very limited.
