What great PC only games have there been in the last two years

I am have had the good fortune of graduating to a well paid job so am about to get a decent well decked out PC. Looking to see what I have missed out on. I had a macbook through Uni but still played TF2, SC2 and Dota frequently. Already planning to pickingup Witcher 2, the new Shogun and potentially DoW2: Chaos. Not interesting in MMORGPS. What have been some great not to miss experiences in recent times?

System Wars: PC is better then consoles, Consoles are cheaper then PC's, Sony has a better first party then Microsoft, Gears has no color, Killzone has no color, Wii is fad and for some reason Crysis costs $3500, your liver, your two unborn twin babies and a morgage for a beverly hills home to play.

This will not end welll..... LOL...

PC has an infinite game library without limits. Of course it's worth the cash.

- Heroes of Might and Magic

Starcraft 2 was amzing, as was Total War Hard Reset and Red Orchestra 2 are looking to be great games I'm going to get.

And Diablo 3, Can't wait! :D
