I thought the game was supposed to be released with the movie, but haven't heard anything new about the game in over a year. Has it been cancelled?

There's Lego Indiana Jones!thronesYeah, but that teh kiddie. The real game was using the Euphoria engine and DMM. Even though I'm not a huge Indy fan, I was looking forward to this particular game. IGN has the release date as TBA 2009 so maybe it will eventually come out.
I still gutted they never released a follow up to Fate of Atlantis... and then went straight to the Tomb Raider clone ahhbf2nutta
I loved Fate of Atlantis. But when they did that part in the game where you needed the book to get past. I lost the book and never completed the game.

A follow-up to Fate of Atlantis OR a follow-up to Day of the Tentacle.
I also loved The Dig. Underrated game.
And of course, all their other classic stuff in the genre like Monkey Island and Grim Fandango.
Lucasarts adventure games, where have you gone? :( You were so, so good. I can't think of a single company more dominant and flawless at a single genre than Lucasarts used to be at adventure games. Not even Blizzard and RTS games or Valve and FPS games touch them.

No there was a part where you had to line up three parts and it told you to look in the manual to find out how they should be lined up. It was a way to keep the game from being copied. But I lost the book so I never got past that area.

I get mad, it upsets me that Lucasarts and Serria are doing nothing with they games. At least make remakes on the DS. I want a new LOOM been waiting 20 years for it.

Good points I loved them also. But I quess Lucasarts does not want my money. Because I would so buy most of these games opening day.

Loom was a very soulful game. I loved it. I've never played anything remotely like it since, except perhaps Ocarina of Time, which greatly reminded me of Loom with its memorable melody-based gameplay.

I have always though that too. What sad is that Loom is so old and has not been remade that there is so many gamers on this board which have not even heard of the game much lessed played it. I just don't see why they don't remake it. That came would be amazing on the PC again, DS or Wii.
