Even if you could mod it in such a way, you'd have to mod the ending also. It's not like you can mod a game & it will magically create a new ending. Also, I think you should change the title for anyone that hasn't finished Red Dead Redemption.

Probably should, any way I can edit the post? But maybe Rock star implemented another cinematic. Hell, I believe they had five years to do so. Or perhaps the game will glitch out.
