What is the best game so far this gen IYO

Put being a fanboy to the side for a minute and really think about it, what 1 game do you think so far isthe best game this generation overall, this has nothing to do with the scores on gamespot either because thats just there opinion I want to no what urs is!! you can also mention a game if you think it comes a close 2nd

so for me I think the number 1 game so far is Oblivion

GH 2 on 360 (since that probably doesn't really count)

GRAW 1 is the most fun I've had with a game this gen....so I'll put that.

So is Halo 3. Halo 3>MGS4, IMO.

Best game so far for me is Call of Duty 3. Most addicting game I've ever played.

If Infinity Ward makes the online for CoD4 a blast like CoD3 is then I might just not even play Halo 3. For example, what is keeping me playing CoD3 is the achievement of 40,000 points and the different classes and class abilities. I hope they don't do what they did in CoD2 and just let you choose a weapon. Classes+Class Abilities=Win. Being a Medic is a lot of fun in CoD3.

Zelda: Twilight Princess

2nd for me would be Wii Sports, I guess.

I haven't played Gears of War, or any game on 360/Ps3.

twillight princess, technically last gen so i will mention another.

Forza 2, its the only game so far to really revolutionize anythin. The online community for Forza 2 is borderline fanatical, tournaments had to be shut down because they were so popular, and Turn 10's servers for the auction house almost took a dump, and that happened in the first couple of days. Games like Gears, R6:Vegas, Graw and Dead Rising are all great, but Forza is the first one to do something truly "next gen" and not "ooohhhh look at whatthe shiny new processor can do".PBSnipes

forza does look amazing. shame i suck at driving games and i dont really enjoy them.

It's hard to choose between Condemned, Kameo, Gears, Twilight Princess, RE4 Wii, Super Paper Mario...

But if I had to choose it would be Kameo. Wonderful, wonderful game:) Rare's still got it.

The Wii version is awesome and the controls are flawless really shows what the Wii can do with a good Dev.

I'm going to have to agree with this one. From what I've heard/seen it's one of the most realistic driving sims around and a lot of time and effort went into the making of this game. The customization options are just mindblowing to boot!
