What is the best game you played so far this year ??

For me its got to be Crysis 2. That game sent shivers down my spine. Easily the best FPS game I ever played. What about you guys ??

None of them particularly excellent.

I've played Crysis 2 (PC), King's Bounty: Armored Princess (PC), Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (PC), Mass Effect 2 (360), Sin and Punishment: Star Successor (Wii)and only a little bit of the beginning of STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl (PC). Not enough of it to make a solid claim in regards to it though.

I'd say the best one of those thus far has been Crysis 2.

Hard Corps: Uprising, maybe not as good as Contra Hard Corps but still the best game released this year I have played so far.

L.A. Noire. Played it a few hours so far and I really like it.

So far The Witcher 2 is incredibly good, best game this year by far. Before this I would have said Portal 2.

crysis 2 and pokemon black. but they're just great games, not outstanding or anything.

Killzone 3 but I haven't really boughten a lot of games from this year yet.

Dead Space 2.

Hmmm... You mean new games, correct? I'd say Dead Space 2, probably. Short, but campaign is highly replayable and ripping Necromorphs apart never gets old. Plus, pressure windows are just awesome.

Hmm thats a tough one....I'd say Portal 2, but I'm really liking what I've played of L.A. Noire so far.

Looking at just games released in 2011, my favorite would be between LittleBigPlanet 2 and Portal 2; can't really decide which one was better. Put in several hours for both games and enjoyed every minute.

This was a breath of fresh air.

Probably Pokemon Black and White.

L.A. Noire by far imo

Dead Space 2 but its the only game released this year I've played. I have to beat Warhead first before I play Crysis 2. Killzone 3 has been on the backburner, same with LBP2.

Haven't gotten around to MK or Portal 2 nor LA Noire and I still need to play the first Witcher before I tackle Assassins of Kings.

At this rate I'll never catch up.
