What is the funnest online FPS for Pc????

Guys, Im looking for a FUN fps online multiplayer experience for the PC. The only online FPS I have is Counter-Strike. It is a blast but Im looking for something new. The guns should have some realistic feel to it, i dont want ut3 or resistence type of guns where they are alien looking.

Thx. I heard about FEAR. Is that the best so far?

Y'know, Call of Duty (original) has a pretty good online mode, and a slong as you patch the game, plenty of people play. Medal of Honor: Allied Assault is also fun online. It's a little hard to find servers, but it's not a problem really. I think anything Half-Life related would be fine also. I can't think of anything else. I don't play a lot of "Realistic" shooters.no_one_specific

I'll have to go with CoD. Nothing is more satisfying than nailing your opponent in the head with a Karabiner 98 bolt-action rifle while he's running perpendicular from your position across the entire map, and seeing his corpse slide across the ground from the momentum he had while running.

I don't think he wants blast, futuristic twitch shooters, but if you changhe your mind, get Unreal Tournament 2004 or the pack. America's Army is a fun, realistic online teamwork shooter for free, and Call Of Duty 2 online is actually really good, with all the server mods and such

You want the original, trust me. CoD2 absolutely ruined the MP aspect of the Call of Duty franchise, and it's so easy to do well in it, lacking any skill whatsoever. The fact that they put a damned shotgun in CoD2 alone makes it horrid in my book.

UT 2k4 or battlefield 2

Natural Selection. You already have Half Life so all you need to do is download the mod. Its not realistic, but there is no other shooter out there as unique/ innovative as this game.

I own both CoD and CoD2 and happen to think Cod2 has the better multiplayer, but then again that's just my opinion... 

If you play BF2 on tacticalgamer.com servers I guarentee you'll love it. It's my personal favorite online FPS. I also love the Project Reality and Point of Existence 2 mods for it. Makes the game much better.trix5817

Know if the Forgotten Hope 2.0 mod has been released for it yet? I would buy BF2 JUST for that mod...

Yeah that's what I've kinda seen also, hopefully I won't be dissapointed. I've been keeping up with every little update, just waiting for that BIG beta announcement :D They said they'll give a week notice before just to make one week seem forever.
