N64.Though I had a mixture of excellent and crappy games(LOZ:OOT,Mace The Dark Age,Resi Evil 2,San Francisco Rush,etc)it is probably the one Nintendo console that I truly enjoyed. I have a GC,but it isnt as entertaining as my Ps2.
all of them cept the 64. I just couldn't get into the N64. I was a playstaion man back then. But, the NES, SNES, GB, GBA, DS, GC, and Wii are all great.
N64 came close. But generation 5 was really a generation I paid little attention to since I was busy partying and studying at college. But N64, in my opinion was damn fun.

64 had its share of good platformers, and the first 2 great console fps games... great party console
i was a playstation person too and i bashed the 64 then my older bro got it and i actually appreciated it
gc lacked rare.. but 64 is a dissapointment due to losing third party in general

Iliked all of them pretty much equally except for snes that is THE BEST system ever created. I especially liked gamecube because it was the first consol i ever owned my self, ther rest were my brothers liked. Plus i started out with metroid and WW right off the bat because i didn't get my GCN till about 2003. But yeah i dont have a wii quite yet but when i get it it will be my favourite no doubt.

I haven't played the Wii so I am going to have to go with the Snes. I did like the 64 but the Snes was a great system! I need to try the Wii though, it looks awesome!

The concept of the Wii seems cool but in actualality Its more of a hassle than practical I think. Kinda like the PSP.
N64 was killer for golden eye and mario kart , I never owned a 64 but my girl has one and i liked those games. Snes was nintendo in there prime i think , there was alota killer games on snes. I think i be trying the wii out around christmas.
I'm voting Wii. I'm not playing it all that much (my 360 has plenty more games right now), but I love the wiimote and the Virtual Console. And c'mon, how could you not like the Gamecube? Smash Bros.? RE 4? Wind Waker? That was a great system; it just didn't get the 3rd party support that it should've.

Yup, GCN was more powerful than the PS2, and easier to program for, according to devs. Also, I agree that SNES was the greatest system ever. If you take a look at the games on that system, it's like a Hall of Fame lineup (FFIV-VI, Chrono Trigger, Super Mario World, Zelda: LttP, Earthbound, Yoshi's Island, Donkey Kong Country, etc.). Amazing.

I don't think he was talking about the hardware. He was talking about the libary of games.
