I'd have to say Crackdown 3, their use of the cloud to handle physics computations in real time is one of the most impressive feats in gaming I've ever seen, it leaves a lot to want and look forward to in the future.
What about you?

not only did you ask this question only 2 years into the gen.....but then you picked an unreleased game.
can't say i'm surprised.
PC gets Star Citizen and the Xbox One gets Crackdown 3.
No use mentioning the quad with its last gen sharades.
Uncharted 4. Animation alone. Naughty Dog looking to push the way 3d works. No Mario 64, but the very idea in play of giving weight to all objects is huge. Action and reaction based on momentum.
TW3. Lately, i see a lot of people mentioning Crackdown for all kind of things. So my question is this, have you played Red Faction Gorilla? You know, that old ass game that came out ages ago? Yeah! those physics were achieved on a 3 core cpu, potato gpu and 500mb of ram. Why is Crackdown impressive again? Oh wait! why im even asking, its an exclusive, something the console doesn't see very often so it must be hyped for wtf ever reason...

I kinda implied that as well on a previous SW thread and no one really answered.
I remember saying something like I would've been really impressed if CD3 looked like JC3/RoTR/QB but implied that the local machine still has to draw/render so the game's visuals are still limited by said local machine.

Yeah no kidding. I even compared it do Earth defense force lol.
Star Citizen for sure. I'm not even interested in playing it, but every time they show something new, I'm floored. It's the only upcoming game that I view as "next gen".
What they're shooting for is extremely ambitious. Almost too ambitious really, hope they can pull it all together.
Nothing has really pushed the envelope this gen. Just more of what we had last gen with better graphics. Star Citizen has great ambitions, but we will see. The Division has a lot of potential too. However, It will probably be scaled down and stray away from the iniital vision, being a Ubisoft game and all.
